摘要: The invention relates to a system for securing an anchor in a borehole in a mineral substrate, in particular concrete, mortar, or brickwork, comprising an anchor with a core section and a threaded section and comprising a furrowing tool for furrowing an internal thread in the borehole, said furrowing tool comprising the following: a main part with a leading end and a trailing end, wherein a force is applied via which a torque can be transmitted to the main part in order to rotate the furrowing tool (10) into the borehole and furrow the thread, and the main part has an outer surface equipped with a furrowing thread which is suitable for furrowing the internal thread into the wall of the borehole. The furrowing tool has a drive element on the leading end of the furrowing tool, said drive element being suitable for interacting with an application of force to the anchor or a part thereof which is to be screwed into the borehole machined by the furrowing tool.

摘要: A jig tool set for constructing a full thread bolt, and a method of constructing a full thread bolt using the jig tool set. The jig tool set includes a drill bit, a connecting rod, an anchor bolt set, a full thread bolt, and a drill gun. The drill bit includes a drilling part to secure a hole by drilling a ceiling slab made of concrete at one end. The anchor bolt set is fixed to the hole formed in the ceiling slab through the drill bit and configured to form the full thread bolt in the ceiling slab. The connecting rod has a certain length so that, as the drill bit and the anchor bolt set are sequentially seated at one end thereof. A drill gun is formed at the other end of the connecting rod and configured to provide a rotational force and a hitting force.

摘要: A wedge anchor setting tool has a drill bit component having a drill tool receiving member and a drill bit member. A polygonal shaped element is located between the two members. A sheath component has an open passage and an opening at the terminus of each end. The first end has a polygonal shape which conforms to the polygonal element and the second end having a polygonal shape which conforms to the shape of the wedge anchor. The method of installation using the tool includes drilling a channel into a wall using the drill bit component. The sheath component is then inserted over the drill bit component and a wedge anchor is inserted into the smaller opening at the second end of the sheath component. The wedge anchor is then drilled into the wall and tightened by the drilling tool to secure an attachment member to the wall.

摘要: A method of joining a component, such as a cutting element, to another component or body of an earth-boring tool, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, includes disposing a third-body structure, which may comprise a braze material, between a surface of the component and a surface of the another component of the earth-boring tool. The component to be joined is then rotated relative to the surface of the another component to generate frictional heat in the third-body structure and to at least plasticize material of the third-body structure. After the rotation, the plasticized material of the third-body structure is compressed between the surfaces and then allowed to solidify, which bonds the component to the another component without deforming either the component or the another component.
