The motion converting mechanism is operably coupled to a motor shaft and is configured to convert rotation into a linear reciprocating motion along a driving axis. The inner housing is within the body housing and houses at least a portion of the motion converting mechanism. The support body is originally separate from the inner housing and is attached to the inner housing in the body housing. The counterweight is operably coupled to the motion converting mechanism and is configured to be driven by the motion converting mechanism. The counterweight is supported by the support body to be pivotable around a pivot axis that extends in a direction orthogonal to the driving axis. At least a portion of the counterweight is housed in the inner housing.

    摘要: In a dust collector for electric power tool, while a casing includes a tubular suction opening portion disposed to protrude forward, a dust collecting route is formed in the casing to ensure capturing a dust suctioned with an air by a filter disposed in a dust box. The suction opening portion is abutted on a surface to be processed and a tool bit of a hammer drill is passable through the suction opening portion. The dust collecting route suctions the air from the suction opening portion and guides the air into the dust box disposed to the casing. The dust box includes a dust removal device (rubber) configured to directly act to the filter from outside to remove the dust accumulated on the filter.

    摘要: A vacuum dust extraction apparatus for a percussive air tool contains and extracts workplace dust created by the impacting action of the air tool's implement. The apparatus includes a clamshell adapter constructed as two halves that are oppositely disposed about the air tool's retainer, and joined to enclose the retainer, and a tubular dust bellows fastened to the outboard end of the joined clamshell halves. The clamshell adaptor includes an integral exhaust port, and an industrial vacuum coupled to the exhaust port via a flexible suction/vacuum hose creates suction in the bellows for extracting airborne dust created by percussive action of the implement on a workpiece. Suction loss through the clamshell adaptor is minimized by a sealing element that bridges a gap between the interior periphery of the clamshell adaptor and the exterior periphery of the air tool's retainer.
