    摘要: The processing device has a shaft shape, at least an outer surface of a front end which is a surface of holding diamond grind grains, and a concave portion formed on a central part in a radial direction of a front surface. The chemical tempered glass having a surface reinforced layer is processed by using the processing device which is rotated around its shaft center and vibrated in a direction of extending the shaft center. The vibration of the processing device is feed-back controlled to the chemical tempered glass to approach an amplitude and a frequency of the processing device to a target amplitude and a target frequency, respectively, and setting the target amplitude at a value in a range from 3 μm to 9 μm and the target frequency at a value in a range from 60 kHz to 64 kHz.

A machine tool for using this method, where there is included a drive for driving a tool held in the machine tool, is further disclosed. In the method, a parameter for the machine tool and/or the feed device that is optimal for working on an existing workpiece is adjusted on the basis of at least one measured parameter of the machine tool as well as at least one measured parameter of the feed device.

    摘要: This document provides novel drills and/or reamers that are well-suited for making holes in a variety of materials including, but not limited to, metals, ceramics, glass, wood, plasterboard, plastics, stone, composites, synthetics, silicon or multi-layered or hybridized substrates. In some embodiments, these drilling devices have some centers of mass that are offset from the axis of rotation. Accordingly, such drills and/or reamers may rotate and cut using a precessional pattern of motion. Precessional cutting devices may display a mechanical wave pattern in relationship to the longitudinal axis of the device. If the cutting device is fabricated from a flexible material, for example Nickel-Titanium, bodily deflection of the device may result during rotation.

    摘要: An assembled drilling tool has a drilling bit (2) connected with a drilling stem (1) through a drilling bit joint (3). The drilling stem is connected by drilling stem sections (11). Each drilling stem section includes an inner stem section (111) and a hollow outer stem section (112). The inner stem section is rotatably fixed in the outer stem section. The inner stem sections are connected together to form inner stem (11′) of the drilling stem, and the outer stem sections are connected together to form outer stem (12′) of the drilling stem. The inner stem is connected with an output shaft of a power machine, and the outer stem is fixedly connected with the shell of the power machine. The length of the drilling stem of the assembled drilling tool can be arbitrarily adjusted, and the drilling bit can be rotated with high speed without friction generated between the drilling stem and the hole wall, thereby improving the speed and the efficiency of hole drilling.

    摘要: A drilling apparatus designed used to drill multiple holes in the bottom surface of an overhead surface. The drilling apparatus includes a lower frame member and an upper frame member longitudinally aligned thereover. The lower frame member includes two vertical uprights perpendicularly aligned and attached to a lower base mounted on caster wheels. A cable attached to a winch selectively lowers and raises the upper frame member over the lower frame member. Attached to the upper end of the upper frame member is a perpendicularly aligned horizontal support member. Mounted on the support member are two or more drill brackets that hold inverted drill motors each with a drill bit at a fixed location and at a fixed angle. At least one drill bracket includes a horizontal alignment flange surface that is used as an alignment surface for a laser placed on the support surface and aimed upward to the precise hole location on the overhead surface.
