    摘要: A slurry distributor can include a feed conduit and a distribution conduit in fluid communication therewith. The feed conduit can include a first and second feed inlets disposed in spaced relationship to each other. The distribution conduit can extend generally along a longitudinal axis and include an entry portion and a distribution outlet in fluid communication therewith. The entry portion is in fluid communication with the first and second feed inlets of the feed conduit. The distribution outlet extends a predetermined distance along a transverse axis. The first and second feed inlets each has an opening with a cross-sectional area. The entry portion of the distribution conduit has an opening with a cross-sectional area which is greater than the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the openings of the first and second feed inlets. The slurry distributor can be placed in fluid communication with a gypsum slurry mixer.

    摘要: A polyurethane resin coating device includes a material mixing unit for mixing materials to have them reacted to form polyurethane resin liquid mixture. Subsequently, the polyurethane resin liquid mixture flows downward to a pressuring and sending unit to be mixed and reacted again by the helical rods rotating in the pressuring and sending unit and then pressured and conveyed to a gear pump. Afterward, the polyurethane resin liquid mixture is controlled by the rotating speed of the gears in the gear pump and steadily conveyed onto a coating wheel. A gap adjustable in size is formed between the wheel surface of the coating wheel and the outlet of the gear pump, able to carry out coating steadily and evenly.
