摘要： The invention relates to an assembly for producing an endless corrugated cardboard web laminated on at least one side, the assembly comprising a first corrugating roller and a second corrugating roller for producing a corrugated web provided with a corrugation as well as a glue application assembly. The glue application assembly comprises a glue container for receiving glue, a glue application roller for applying the glue disposed in the glue container to tips of the corrugation of the corrugated web, and at least one glue wave inhibiting assembly arranged in the glue container for inhibiting the formation of glue waves of the glue disposed in the glue container. The assembly for producing an endless corrugated cardboard web laminated on at least one side further has a pressure assembly for pressing a cover layer against the tips, provided with glue, of the corrugated web.

摘要： A gluing system for applying glue on products is disclosed. The gluing system includes a glue applicator configured to deposit melted glue on products, a glue container configured to contain excess melted glue discharged from the applicator and fresh melted glue, a glue delivering unit configured to deliver glue from the container to the applicator and a glue discharging unit configured to convey excess glue not used by the applicator to the container. The container is divided by a partition into a first chamber, containing the fresh melted glue, and into a second chamber containing the excess melted glue and separated from the first chamber. The partition includes a filter allowing flow of the fresh melted glue and the excess melted glue from both the first and second chambers to the delivering unit.

摘要： A manufacturing machine for manufacturing a wrapping paper web for cigarettes with a low ignition propensity has a coating device (3) at a coating position defined in a travel path (2) of web (W). The coating device (3) has a rotary screen (4) and a gravure roller (6) located on the opposite sides of the travel path (2) and functioning as back rollers for each other. The rotary screen (4) intermittently applies a liquid burning inhibitor onto one side of the web (W) to form a number of band layers (B) arranged at predetermined intervals in a travelling direction of the web (W), and the gravure roller (6) applies water onto the other side of the web (W) to form wet bands (A) arranged alternately with the band layers (B) in the traveling direction of the web (W).
