    摘要: A method of producing a molded part comprising a decorative coating with a molded part front side designed as visible side and a rear side opposing the front side and a substrate arranged on the rear side of the decorative coating, wherein the decorative coating comprises (or is formed from) a decorative layer, wherein the method comprises: providing the decorative layer or decorative coating, attaching the substrate to the rear side of the decorative layer or coating, applying a resist lacquer to the front side of the decorative layer by means of a digital printing machine, the resist lacquer being applied in sections to the front side of the decorative layer to form a pattern or symbol or a negative of a pattern or symbol such that lacquer-free surface areas and surface areas covered with resist lacquer are created on the front side of the decorative layer.

    摘要: A method of applying a surface decorative layer on a surface of an article by water pressure transfer in which transfer film 316 which has a print pattern 340 comprising a first area 312A having an ink layer and a second area 312B having no ink layer and has no whole surface pattern fixture layer formed thereon has an activating agent 320 applied onto the surface of the transfer film 316 to activate the ink and to collect a surplus portion of the activating agent in a convex form in the second area, and the water pressure transfer is performed while making a concave-convex reversal of the convex collection portions 320C of the activating agent in the second area 312B have a concave-convex reversal made on the surface of the article 10, the convex collection portions of the activating agent are shrunk and protruded when the print layer is hardened whereby a three-dimensional unevenness is imparted onto the surface of the article and the activating agent includes first photo-polymerization monomer of three or more functional groups, second photo-polymerization monomer of two functional groups and photo-polymerization initiator, said first and second photo-polymerization monomers being blended so as to be a whole volume shrinkage ratio of 10 to 20% and a viscosity of 100 to 500 CPS.

    摘要: An image transfer assembly (12) receives an image printed from an ink jet printer. The assembly (12) provides a device to transfer the printed image onto an image-receiving surface. The assembly (12) has a flexible substrate (16) on one side, and an upper surface (20) on the other side that is substantially permeable to ink jet printer ink and that is non-tacky prior to printing. The assembly (12) has an adhesive or polymer layer (14) in between the upper surface (20) and the flexible substrate (16). After printing with a water-based ink jet printer ink, the user may apply the assembly (12) to a substrate, such as a window or other surface, and remove the flexible substrate (16), thereby leaving the layer (14) that bears the image on the substrate. In one of several alternative embodiments, the layer (14) is divided into discrete zones that are separated from one another along boundaries.
