摘要: A pneumatic tire comprises: a carcass layer, a belt layer, and a tread rubber. The belt layer is formed by laminating a pair of cross belts having a belt angle of not less than 10° and not more than 45° in absolute terms and of mutually opposite signs, and a circumferential reinforcing layer having a belt angle within a range of ±5° with respect to the tire circumferential direction. A distance (Gcc) from a tread profile to a tire inner circumference surface along a tire equatorial plane, a distance (Gsh) from a tread end to the tire inner circumference surface, and a distance (Ge) from the tread profile to the tire inner circumference surface at an end portion on the outer side of the circumferential reinforcing layer in the tire width direction have relationships satisfying 1.10≤Gsh/Gcc and 1.00≤Ge/Gcc≤1.10.

摘要: A pneumatic tire includes a belt layer, a belt reinforcing layer in which a plurality of reinforcing cords are arranged, four main grooves, and land portions comparted by the four main grooves, wherein in the case that the belt reinforcing layer is partitioned into five areas in a tire width direction by the four main grooves, an arrangement density of the reinforcing cord in the fifth area is higher than that of the reinforcing cord in the first area, and an arrangement density of the reinforcing cord in the second area is higher than that of the reinforcing cord in the fourth area, and wherein protruding portions having protruding heights in proportion to the arrangement densities are provided on ground surfaces of the land portions which are positioned outside in the tire diametrical direction in the areas having the higher density than that of the third area.

摘要: A pneumatic tire is provided with at least three circumferential main grooves extending in a tire circumferential direction, and a plurality of land portions defined by the circumferential main grooves. The belt layer is formed by laminating a pair of cross belts having belt angles, as an absolute value, of not less than 10° and not greater than 45° and of mutually opposite signs, and a circumferential reinforcing layer having a belt angle within a range of ±5° with respect to the tire circumferential direction. In a cross-sectional view in the tire meridian direction, the distance Dcc from the circumferential reinforcing layer to the terminal wear surface on a tire equatorial plane and the distance De from an end portion of the circumferential reinforcing layer to the terminal wear surface have the relationship such that De/Dcc≦0.94.

摘要: A flat spot-proof tire, and a vehicle. The flat spot-proof tire comprises a tread, a cap ply, a belt ply and a carcass. The rubber hardness of the tread is 68-78 Shore A. The cap ply is formed by nylon cords having linear density of 90-140 pieces per 100 mm. The belt ply is formed by steel cords, which comprise HT steel wires and/or SHT steel wires. The carcass is formed by polyester cords having linear density of 100-120 pieces per 100 mm. The flat spot-proof tire and the vehicle use suitable industrial rubber and polyester fiber material, have a specific size design and undergo an optimized inflation process after vulcanization such that the long-term flat spot effects of the tire can be mitigated, and the jitter of the vehicle during high-speed traveling can be reduced.

摘要: A tire is provided with a carcass that is formed so as to include a carcass ply that extends from one bead portion to another bead portion; a belt that is disposed at a tire radial direction outer side of the carcass, and that is formed by one sheet of belt ply in which plural cords that are disposed with an inclination of not more than 10° relative to a tire circumferential direction and extend around an entire tire circumference in the tire circumferential direction are coated with a rubber having a tensile modulus of elasticity in excess of 50 MPa, one end portion in a longitudinal direction of the cords being positioned at one end side in a width direction of the belt ply, and another end portion in the longitudinal direction of the cords being positioned at another end side in the width direction of the belt ply; and a tread that is disposed at a tire radial direction outer side of the belt.
