    Abstract: An air supply control arrangement for a heavy-duty vehicle including a lift axle which includes a brake chamber. The air supply control arrangement includes a valve configured to be arranged in an air supply passage that enables pressurized air to be supplied from a pressurized air source to a brake chamber of a lift axle of a heavy-duty vehicle; a processing circuitry configured to receive measurement values of the pressure inside a tire of the lift axle, wherein the processing circuitry is configured to, based on the received measurement values, determine whether the lift axle is in its raised lift condition or in its lowered ride condition, wherein the processing circuitry is configured to control the valve to move to a closed state upon determination that the lift axle has been raised from its ride condition to its lift condition, thereby preventing pressurized air from reaching the brake chamber.

    Abstract: A double-use nozzle adapter includes a main body, a switch unit, and a needle unit. The switch unit includes a shifting member and two rigid retaining members. The rigid retaining members are arranged between the shifting member and the main body. The shifting member shifts the rigid retaining member between a first position and a second position. The needle unit is slidably installed in the main body and includes a needle. In the first position, the shifting member drives the rigid retaining member to press against the needle, thereby preventing the needle from moving with respect to the main body and making the needle connectable to a Schrader valve. In the second position, the rigid retaining member moves between the shifting member and the main body, so as to allow the needle to move with respect to the main body and make the needle connectable to a Presta valve.

A bi-directional air delivery retrofit kit provides on-boarding and off-boarding of an extra-vehicular compressed air product relative to an associated work vehicle.     Abstract: A valve assembly for a tire pressure control system used to control tire pressure of a vehicle has a unitary body and one or more valves. The unitary body has attachment points for mounting the unitary body to a vehicle wheel end, one or more valve cavities formed in the unitary body, and a plurality of air passages formed in the unitary body. The plurality of air passages have an air supply passage that is connectable to an air supply and a tire supply chamber for connecting to a tire of the vehicle. The air supply passage and the tire supply chamber are connected to each of the one or more valve cavities. Each valve has a valve element mounted to the valve cavity, an air supply chamber in communication with the air supply passage, and a tire supply chamber in communication with the tire supply passage.

    Abstract: A pneumatic pressure controller includes a body, an inflation plunger, a vent and a deflation diaphragm or piston. The body defines an input chamber and an output chamber for connection of a pneumatic pressure source and pneumatic container respectively. The plunger is biased towards a closed condition wherein it inhibits fluid flow from the input chamber to the output chamber and is movable against the bias to allow such fluid flow for inflation of the pneumatic container. The diaphragm or piston is variably biased towards a closed condition wherein it closes the vent. The diaphragm or piston is configured to move away from the vent to an open condition under the influence of fluid pressure in the output chamber when the inflation plunger is in the closed condition and the variable bias is sufficiently reduced, enabling fluid from the pneumatic container to egress to the atmosphere via the vent.

    Abstract: An apparatus for inflation and deflation of tires of an automobile is disclosed. The apparatus includes an air pressure source to store the air and a valve bank having a solenoid valve for each tire of the automobile to control the flow of air from the air pressure source based on a control signal received from inflation and deflation system. Further, the apparatus includes an air control unit installed on each tire to receive air from the air pressure source via the corresponding solenoid valve. The air control unit has a central pipe to receive air pressure to press a valve stem of the tire and a surrounding pipe to facilitate ingress and egress of air into the tire and out of the tire for inflation and deflation, respectively.
