摘要： The present invention relates to methods of manufacturing lightweight thermoplastic dunnage platform decks or repairing and reusing damaged lightweight thermoplastic dunnage platform decks to be mounted with molded feet. In an embodiment of the present invention, a dunnage platform with damaged feet is modified such that the damaged feet are removed and replacement feet are attached. In an embodiment of the present invention, the damaged feet of a dunnage platform are removed and the resulting dunnage platform deck is shipped to a desired site whereupon molded feet are attached to the dunnage platform deck and the dunnage platform generated from the deck and molded feet is used for shipping cargo.

摘要： A skid pallet comprises a frame having skid runners thereon, a tongue pivotally connected to the frame for pivotal movement about a horizontal axis, and a pressure bracket connected to the tongue at a point spaced from the horizontal axis. The pressure bracket extends downwardly from the tongue a sufficient distance to protrude below the skid runners when the tongue moves from an elevated position toward a lowered position so that the pressure bracket will engage the ground and provide a leverage fulcrum for lifting the runners in response to lowering of the tongue about the horizontal axis.

摘要： A pallet gap filler for a pallet and a lift is provided. The pallet gap filler includes filling and engaging elements. The filling element is insertible into a portion of a space defined between tines of the lift and one or more of top and bottom decks and blocks and/or stringers separating the top and bottom decks of the pallet. The filling element is configured to assume a first configuration during filling element insertion and a second configuration in which, following filling element insertion, the filling element fixes relative orientations of the pallet and the lift. The engaging element is actuatable with the filling element initially assuming the first configuration to cause the filling element to assume the second configuration.

Optionally, the deck further includes a handle opening having at least one handle wall adjacent the handle opening. A plurality of ribs extend upward from the handle wall.
