    摘要： A valve usable to repeatedly open and close a filling-emptying channel associated with a a beverage container includes a valve body (1). The valve body has a central ring (2) supported by arms (7). The ring includes a hole (4). The valve has a deformable valve plate (5) that includes an outer circumferential beveled edge (10). The valve plate further includes a central conical part (6) configured to engage in the hole. When in blocking relation of the channel, the conical part is engaged in the hole and the valve plate has a convex cup shape. Pulling outwardly on the valve body, changes the convexity of the valve plate and enables it to be disengaged from the valve body.

    摘要： A lid for securing to the brim of a container, the lid including a container closure having a disk shaped member with a periphery for mating with the brim of the container. The periphery includes annular inner and outer side walls with at least one annular rib disposed on each of the inner and outer side walls. The ribs of the annular walls form a gripping area to secure the lid to the container for preventing leaks and accidental spillage. A top wall interconnects the inner and outer side walls and includes visual cues for viewing the brim of the container when the lid is affixed to the brim. The lid additionally includes a pronounced wedge shaped sipping spout projecting upwards from the container closure. The container closure includes a circular indented channel for stacking one lid covered cup over another with additional stability provided by the sipping spout.

    摘要： An internal cover (10) is used for enclosing the contents of a straight walled container (38) which consists of a disc shaped rigid body (20) having a recess (22) in the top surface creating a depression with an outside rim (24) extending around the edge and at least one valve air vent opening (30) within the recess. The body also has a circumferential groove (26) with a lip seal (36) disposed within the groove for sealing the cover to a container's side walls. A bail handle (40) is rotatably affixed within the body recess and has least one valve bore (44) therethrough covering at least one air vent opening forming a valve. When the handle is rotated to a vertical position an air flow path is created permitting the cover to be inserted into a container. When the cover is resting on top of the contents the valve is sealed by rotating the handle to a horizontal position.
