    摘要: The folding side-wall container (10, 62, 66) provides for efficient loading and unloading of the containers appropriate for retail re-supply of goods (52, 64, 90). Use of the containers as a distribution container (62) and a wholesale goods container (66) within an automated system (60) for automated transfer by a robotic picker (68) of goods (64) from the wholesale container (66) to the distribution container (62) minimizes labor costs in distribution of the goods (64). The container (10) includes a folding wall (22) that is releasably secured in a closed position by a top lid (34) having an engagement lip (42) that secures a top edge (46) of the folding side or front wall (22). Opening the top lid (34) and then folding down the front wall (22) permits efficient loading and unloading of the container (10).

    摘要: A package for solid pourable product includes a blank one-piece pattern having several flaps, several side panels and a slide. The slide has an upper portion and a lower portion. The upper portion is connected to a top flap and the lower portion extends into the box. A support is provided, connected to a flap of the box, for resiliently engaging the lower portion. One of the side panels has an opening covered by the lower portion. The support holds the lower portion against the opening when the slide is closed. Preferably the lower portion slides between the support and the panel having the opening. The fold line between second top flap and the support is set back from the panel having the opening thereby helping the support resiliently push against the lower portion.

A dispenser opening is defined in the carton's top panel with the dispenser opening being oriented on a single longitudinal axis oriented normal to the top panel. The dispenser opening is sized to allow egress of each container in the container matrix. Retaining flaps are included with the dispenser to inhibit unintended egress of the containers. A push hole may be provided in the carton opposite from the dispenser to allow access by a user to push the container out of the dispenser.

A hinged lid has an oppositely hinged tab which is manually pushed into the container interior, so the tabs abrasive tipped free end engages a filter. Lifting of the lid causes the tab to draw a single filter from the nest, through the opening. When the lid is thereafter lowered, the tab is automatically repositioned in a cutout opening of the lid, sealing the container, when the tab engages a tang projecting into the opening.
