    摘要: A system and method are provided for palletless shipment of gas cylinder arrays. A three-dimensional array of gas cylinders is formed from a plurality of vertically-stacked two-dimensional subarrays. First elongated voids extend through the array in a width direction at a first handle elevation. Second elongated voids extend through the array in a depth direction at a second handle elevation. The first and second elongated voids are bilaterally bounded by handle portions of adjacent gas cylinders, and vertically bounded by upper and lower surfaces of surrounding cylinders. Pairs of tunnel elements are disposed within respective elongated voids and are each configured to releasably receive a corresponding forklift tong. Vertically-disposed pillars may be provided to increase the rigidity and load distribution of the system. Flaps may radiate from the pillars to minimize impact and abrasion between adjacent cylinders during shipment. Key system components may be inexpensively formed from recyclable, lightweight materials.

The accessory for dunnage of the present disclosure may comprise a base and a pair of arms extending the base. A receptacle may be defined on three sides by the base and pair of arms. The receptacle may be configured to receive a portion of dunnage. The pair of arms may include hooks configured to retain the portion of dunnage within the receptacle. The accessory may be made of a resilient material, in order to widen to receive the portion of dunnage, and pinch to retain said portion within the receptacle.

    摘要: Systems and methods for airflow management around palletized cases of goods in a warehouse storage facility are provided, in which airflow around each individual layer of cases is facilitated while airflow “spillage” around the sides, top or bottom of pallet assemblies is minimized or eliminated. One exemplary device for such airflow management includes palletized product spacers disposed between respective layers of vertically stacked cases, in which the product spacers facilitate a substantially unidirectional longitudinal airflow. Another exemplary airflow management device is a series of automatically adjustable air dams disposed at the tops of respective pallet assemblies which prevent air spillage and establish intermediate air manifold spaces. Yet another device is a lateral pallet spacer prevents direct abutment of the side surfaces of neighboring pallet assemblies and thereby ensures that the air manifold spaces are in fluid communication with the spacers of multiple pallet assemblies.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a container storage system including base tray with a flat platform having a polygonal shape and an array of spaced-apart holes, the flat platform defining a perimeter edge. The base tray also includes a substrate beneath the flat platform. The substrate defines a peripheral edge and a sidewall extends upward from the peripheral edge. A plurality of flexible containers are on the flat platform. Each flexible container has four panels, the four panels forming a body portion, a neck portion with a closure, and a tapered transition portion between the body portion and the neck portion. Each flexible container is inverted such that the neck portion extends downward through a respective hole and the tapered transition portion contacts the flat platform to support the inverted flexible container. One panel of at least one inverted flexible container contacts a panel of another inverted flexible container.

A displacement prevention sheet 10 is interposed between a lower group of glass rovings 100 and an upper group of glass rovings 100 in order to prevent the upper group of glass rovings 100 from being displaced during transportation of the package.
