    摘要: A four-odor-sealing bag comprising an inner layer and an outer layer each of which comprises polyethylene or an ethylene-based copolymer, and an intermediate layer comprising a barrier resin, wherein the inner and the outer layers each contain an antiblocking agent and a surface active agent, the amount of the antiblocking agent contained in each of the inner layer and the outer layer is not less than 6500 ppm, the amount of the surface active agent contained in each of them is in the range of 1000 to 8000 ppm, the thickness of the intermediate layer is in the range of 0.8 to 5.0 μm, the total thickness of all of the layers is in the range of 10 to 30 μm, the four-odor-sealing bag is a co-extrusion inflation product and has the bottom of the four-odor-sealing bag is sealed by fusion bonding, and in the use of the four-odor-sealing bag, a non-fusion bonded opening is tied closed to seal in the contents.

The container assembly has a bin defining a cavity, a lid, a telescopingly extensible handle assembly, a locking mechanism, a pair of wheels, and a pair of bottom handles. The lid is rotatably coupled to the bin at a pivot point, has a generally horizontal lid axis of rotation, and is movable relative to the bin between an open position providing access to the cavity and a closed position inhibiting access to the cavity. The extensible handle assembly is located adjacent the pivot point and is movable from a lower retracted position to an upper extended position above an upper surface of the lid. The locking mechanism maintains the lid in the closed position and is located opposite the extensible handle assembly. The wheels are located at the bottom of the refuse container. The bottom handles are located on opposing sides of the bin.

    摘要: A vacuum-operated trash receptacle which is characterized by a container fitted with an air blower, vacuum pump or the like, either on the perforated lid, bottom or on the side thereof and having a like-shaped, removable, typically slotted liner inserted therein. In a preferred embodiment, the outer wall or walls and/or bottom of the liner are spaced from the corresponding inside wall or walls and bottom panel of the container, respectively, to define a separate or connected annulus between the bottom and wall or walls of the container and liner. The container is further provided with a top flange which receives a corresponding liner flange on the liner to seal the separate or connected bottom and wall annulus and facilitate development of a vacuum in the bottom annulus and wall annulus or both and in the liner by operation of the air blower. This vacuum operates to deploy a trash bag against the inside wall of the liner, either when the container is open or when a perforated lid is fitted over the container to close the liner. The embodiments provide for timed development of the vacuum, use of a bottomless liner, with or without pleats and a liner with a pre-installed bag.

    摘要: A trashcan includes a container having a base and a peripheral wall extending upwardly from the base forming an interior space for receipt of a trash bag therein; and a trash bag retention member disposed on the peripheral wall, the retention member defining a passageway into the interior space of the container and comprising a plurality of resilient, flexible fingers configured to receive and retain therebetween a portion of a trash bag. Each finger includes a portion thereof that extends away from the peripheral wall. Each finger is “bent” and extends away from the peripheral wall. A finger may extend away from the peripheral wall on the exterior of the container, away from the peripheral wall on the interior of the container, or both. A method of making the trashcan includes injection molding the container and the retention member separately or, alternatively, together.

    摘要: The present invention provides a plurality of injection molded plastic panels having integrated connectors. The panels are constructed and arranged packaging and shipment in a nested and/or stacked arrangement. Thereafter, the panels may be assembled into a secure trash container. The integrally formed connectors of the side walls, cover and bottom panel components simplifies trash container construction by integrally forming the connectors into the injection molded panels which are snapped together. The panels are formed of injection molded plastic to interlock with one another without the need for separate metal fasteners or connectors.
