摘要: The present disclosure describes methods of treating fibrous cellulosic materials with sucrose fatty acid ester containing particles (carrier systems) that allow for modifications of surfaces, including making such surfaces water resistance and/or oil/grease resistance. The methods as disclosed provide combining at least one saccharide fatty acid esters (SFAE) with a polymer (e.g., latexes) to form micellular particles and applying such particles to substrates including fibrous cellulose-based materials (e.g., pulp) to form, inter alia, molded products. Compositions comprising combinations of SFAE, a latex and optionally a mineral or other additives are also disclosed.

摘要: The present invention discloses a preparation method and recycling method for degradable and recyclable paper plastics with water resistance and high-strength. By coating cyclic carbonate and amine compounds on paper, these compounds penetrate the paper's fiber structure, followed by curing treatment, resulting in a recyclable, degradable, and reprocessed paper plastic material with water resistance and high-strength. This method involves coating only cyclic carbonate and amines onto the paper, which, after heating, yields the paper plastic. The invention offers versatility, enhancing various paper types with improved mechanical properties, temperature resistance, water resistance, and solvent resistance while maintaining degradation capability. The paper plastic exhibits excellent self-healing, plasticity, degradation, and reprocessing properties. The process method is straightforward and user-friendly, making it suitable for industrial-scale production.

摘要: There is disclosed a container configured to hold a substance and extending along an axis A. The container comprises a container body configured to hold the substance. The container body comprises a top part. Further, the container body comprises a closure section arranged in an opposite end of the container body compared to the top part. The closure section comprises a first circular cross-section with a first radius in a plane transverse to the axis A. The closure section further comprises a second circular cross-section with a second radius in a plane transverse to the axis A, the second radius is larger than the first radius. The closure segment further comprises an annular wall extending from the second circular cross-section to the first circular cross-section such that the annular wall is formed with an angle alpha in relation to the axis A. The closure section is arranged so that the first circular cross-section is facing the top part. The container body further comprises a container wall extending from the closure section to the top part. The beverage container further comprises a sealing structure. The sealing structure comprises a circular bottom plate configured to seal the container body, and a sealing wall extending around the circular bottom plate. The sealing wall is tilted with the angle alpha in relation to the axis A. The sealing wall is configured to engage the annular wall, and the sealing structure is configured to be pressed into the closure section to seal the beverage container. Further, a method for filling such a container is provided.

摘要: An oil-resistant agent composition which contains (1) a hydrocarbon group-containing polymer and (2) an amphoteric polyacrylamide polymer, and which is capable of imparting paper with excellent oil resistance. The hydrocarbon group-containing polymer has (a) a repeating unit that is formed from an acrylic monomer which has a long-chain hydrocarbon group having 7 to 40 carbon atoms and (b) a repeating unit that is formed from an acrylic monomer which has a hydrophilic group. Preferably, the oil-resistant agent composition additionally contains an anionic polyacrylamide polymer. Also disclosed is an oil-resistant agent kit including a liquid containing the oi-resistant agent composition, a method for producing oil-resistant paper which includes adding the oil-resistant agent composition to a paper constituent material, pulp or pulp slurry, as well as an oil-resistant paper.

摘要: A foldable paper-based substrate coated with primer coat and top coat. Primer coat includes a wax-free aqueous dispersion wherein a dry film thereof has a flexibility of at least 1100% for a film thickness from about 1.0 to about 2.5 mm. Top coat is blocking resistant and includes an aqueous dispersion of a polymer providing water resistance, grease or oil resistance, heat resistance, odor barrier, moisture barrier and/or heat sealability to the paper-based product. The top coat aqueous dispersion is characterized in that a dry film thereof has a flexibility of at least 570% for a film thickness from about 1.5 to about 2.5 mm. A process for preparing the coated foldable paper-based substrate includes applying the primer coat to the surface of the paper-based substrate, applying the top coat and drying the coats. The primer coat may be dried before application of the top coat.

摘要: An aqueous barrier coat for formable cellulosic substrates comprises a blend of A) at least one aqueous polymer binder dispersion at 40 wt % to 95 wt %, B) at least one active filler at 3 wt % to 30 wt % and, C) one or more optional additives, such as wetting additives, dispersants, thickeners, defoamers, and crosslinkers. Crystallinity is present in at least one of the polymer binder dispersion and active filler particle. The resulting dried film has a shear storage modulus between 50° C. and 60° C. in the range of 1.5×106 to 1×109 Pascals, a shear storage modulus between 80° C. and 90° C. in the range of 2×105 to 5×107 Pascals, and a shear storage modulus between 100° C. and 110° C. is in the range of 5×103 to 1×106 Pascals. The total weight % of crystalline polymer binder and the crystalline active filler combined is greater than 50%.
