    摘要: A funnel device for a counting system comprising a hollow cylindrical body portion, a tapered funnel portion, at least one inlet port and at least two outlet ports in the cylindrical body portion, and a plurality of vents in the funnel portion. The inlet port of the cylindrical body portion is adapted to receive a pressurized air supply, each outlet port operative to inject a respective high velocity air flow into a first passageway of the cylindrical body portion and to direct the respective air flow downwardly into a second passageway of the funnel portion. The directed air flows create a Venturi effect in the funnel device whereby a speed of flow of the products is increased and a rate of collision of the products is decreased as the products pass through the funnel device.

    摘要: A cement silo is rapidly loaded with cement which is sequentially delivered to a cement receiver at the silo by dump trucks. The receiver extends to a blowoff station at the base of the silo, and a riser pipe extends from the blowoff station to an upper end portion of the silo and discharges the cement downwardly thereinto. Loads of cement are thus rapidly sequentially delivered to the silo, and each unloaded truck may quickly leave the site and pick up another load while the next truck delivers its load of cement. This system thus provides rapid sequential unloading and a quick return to service of each unloaded truck.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a vacuum loader assembly wherein the assembly is comprised of a frame, a first and second tube, a flexible tube, a motor, and a sweeper assembly. The frame is adapted to be positioned over an opening of the container. The first tube is mounted to the frame and is in fluid communication with a vacuum source. The second tube is rotatably mounted to the first tube and is also in fluid communication with the first tube and the sweeper assembly is mounted to the second tube. The flexible tube extends from the second tube such that, when the frame of the present invention is placed over a container, the second tube, flexible tube, and sweeper assembly are lowered into the container and rotated by the motor such that, when the vacuum source is activated, the flexible tube suctions out the contents of the container.

    摘要: A fluidizer for attachment to the vacuum hose of a high capacity particulate loader, for fluidizing particulates in an area proximate an end of the vacuum hose. The fluidizer possesses a compressed air hose for providing a stream of pressurized air, which is attached to a tube, the tube being mounted upon the vacuum hose. An interior of the tube defines an air passageway therethrough. An outer surface of the tube has a plurality of air flow openings defined therein which each extend between the compressed air passageway of the tube to an area outside the tube for permitting a stream of pressurized air from the compressed air hose to flow through the air passageway of the tube and out through the plurality of air flow openings to an area proximate the end of the vacuum hose.
