摘要: Assemblies, apparatuses, systems, and method to extract or convey a material from a source of the material may include a vacuum generation and sound attenuation assembly to enhance conveyance the material from the source of the material. The vacuum generation and sound attenuation assembly may include a vacuum source including a plurality of vacuum generators. Each of the plurality of vacuum generators may be positioned to cause a vacuum flow between the source of the material and the vacuum generation and sound attenuation assembly. The vacuum generation and sound attenuation assembly may further include a sound attenuation chamber connected to the vacuum source. The sound attenuation chamber may include an attenuation housing at least partially defining a chamber interior volume being positioned to receive at least a portion of the vacuum flow from the vacuum source and attenuate sound generated by the vacuum source.

摘要: An apparatus for collecting dust from a cutting unit is provided. The apparatus includes a rotary valve operatively connected to the cutting unit, a conduit in fluid communication with the rotary valve, and a compacting machine disposed downstream from the conduit and configured to receive dust from the conduit. A blower is configured to pull air downstream to carry the dust into the compacting machine. The compacting machine produces a compact from the dust.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure a system for capturing proppant dust particles when positioned at a fracking operation site including a proppant delivery assembly to receive one or more containers having proppant stored therein. The system dispenses the proppant from the one or more containers and delivers the proppant to other fracking operation equipment. Moreover, the system includes a dust collection assembly positioned proximate and associated with the proppant delivery assembly to capture dust particles released by movement and settling of the proppant when being dispensed and delivered by the proppant delivery assembly. The dust collection assembly is positioned to direct an air flow in a flow path overlying the dust particles to capture the dust particles and move the dust particles away from the proppant thereby reducing risk of dust exposure to fracking operation site personnel.

摘要: A system for loading fry bulk materials into a tank trailer includes a blower assembly mounted on a tank truck that is in pneumatic communication with the interior of a tank of the tank trailer through at least one conduit. The blower assembly includes a blower and a blower filter in pneumatic communication with the blower through a suction line. The blower assembly further includes a vacuum gauge for monitoring the vacuum pressure of the airflow between the blower filter and the blower and an optional check valve for passing the airflow from the ambient atmosphere in the event that the vacuum pressure of the airflow exceeds a predetermined maximum vacuum pressure for safe operation of the blower. The predetermined maximum vacuum pressure may be no more than about five inches of mercury vacuum pressure (5 in-Hg; 2.46 psi). An operating vacuum pressure of the blower may be between about seventeen inches of mercury (17 in-Hg; 8.35 psi) and about five inches of mercury (5 in-Hg; 2.46 psi).
