    摘要: A conveyor conveys sheets and deposits the sheets at a location to be stacked. The conveyor includes a sensor for determining the presence of a sheet before the sheet arrives at the location. A controller is coupled to the sensor and responsive to sensor inputs for controlling a movable support for projecting into a projected orientation to receive the sheets as the sheets exit the conveyor. The movable support moves to a retracted orientation to assist a stack to be withdrawn therefrom. Apparatus for manipulating pallets includes a conveyor, a mechanism for tilting the conveyor between a generally horizontal orientation and an orientation in which a first end of the conveyor is elevated above a second end of the conveyor, a first shifting mechanism to shift the conveyor horizontally along a first axis, a second shifting mechanism for shifting the conveyor horizontally along a second axis generally perpendicular to the first axis, and an elevator mechanism for raising and lowering the conveyor along a third axis generally perpendicular to the first and second axes. Apparatus for dispensing a pallet includes vertically spaced magazines, conveyors, and an elevator. The conveyors and elevator are selectively operable to deliver a pallet from the magazine in which that pallet is located to a common location.

    摘要: A belt conveyor is provided to feed veneers in the arrow-marked direction in the drawing. A porous transfer belt having numerous of air holes therein is stretched around so as to run above said belt conveyor. Inside the porous transfer belt, a suction hood which has a plurality of small air passages formed in the running direction of the porous conveyor belt is installed to rotatably accommodate a damper further therewithin. The damper makes intermittent rotations to open or close the sucking section such that only a desired veneer is selectively sucked for sort-out transfer with the result that the need for piercing the veneer or defining in advance a gap between each adjacent two veneers is eliminated. Therefore, it is now possible to perform high speed sort-out operations without subjecting the veneer to damage or breakage resulting from tensile strength exerted thereon at the time of defining the gap.

    摘要: Disclosed is a floor decoration tile manufacturing system for automatic storage and supply and automatic air duct type control of temperature, the floor decoration tile manufacturing system including: a raw material supply unit configured to store a raw material for forming a lower sheet and a middle sheet; a lower sheet supply unit configured to form and supply the lower sheet; a middle sheet supply unit configured to supply the middle sheet bonded onto the lower sheet; a main roller configured to bond the lower sheet and the middle sheet, which have been supplied; a first sheet supply unit configured to supply a print sheet having a color or a pattern to the main roller; a second sheet supply unit configured to supply a transparent sheet, which is bonded onto the print sheet, to the main roller; and a control unit configured to control a tile manufacturing process through pressing the main roller by controlling the driving speeds of the raw material supply unit, the lower sheet supply unit, and the middle sheet supply unit and rotation of the main roller such that the print sheet and the transparent sheet which have been supplied to the upper side, to which the lower sheet and the middle sheet are bonded, are sequentially pressed, wherein the control unit controls the heating temperatures for the raw material, the lower sheet, the middle sheet, and the tile manufacturing sections.
