    摘要: An assembly for positioning a crane mounted on a support and intended to overhang the platform of a platform structure having a base which rests on the bed of a body of water. The crane is located on the vertical axis of a column offset with respect to a central shaft which carries the platform. The assembly comprises a mobile shaft element contained in the upper part of the offset column and having a base with jacks or a block and tackle permitting its emergence as far as the upper level of the offset column. The lower face of the crane support carries a downwardly extending shaft element which has the same diameter as the mobile shaft element. The two shaft elements are substantially coaxial when the platform is carried on the central shaft so that they may be joined together and raised as a unit.

The lifting mechanism is configured to ascend and descend in the constructed steel structure hoistway, and the crane mechanism is configured to lift building materials, such as steel beams, steel columns, etc., for use in building the steel structure hoistway to their designed installation locations.

    摘要: A telescopic tower crane system has several tower layers of different outer diameters. Tower layers of smaller outer diameters are put inside the tower layers of larger outer diameters. Each of the tower layers consists of upstanding tower masts and crossbars connecting in between. The lower end of each of the tower masts has a lifting mechanism. Hoists are combined with the lifting mechanisms to lift the tower layers upward one by one from inside outward. The positioning mechanism at the lower end of each of the tower masts is positioned to the upper end of the adjacent tower mast. The crane tower is thus lifted to an extreme height and can lift heavy or long objects.

    摘要: An enhanced stability crane (100) is described. Embodiments include a telescoping main support mast (114) upon which a crane base (106) resides. A boom (140) projects upwardly from the crane base and a jib (148) typically projects upwardly from the boom. A clamping assembly (108) resides on the main support mast and is configured to attach to an existing structure adjacent to the crane, in order to enhance stability. Multiple clamping assemblies can be distributed along the telescoping main support mast when it is extended. The existing structure is generally a tower structure (180) that is columnar and vertical in shape and orientation, and frequently has an elliptical horizontal cross-section. Tower structures are typically, but not necessarily, wind turbine towers. In some embodiments, the crane is mobile capable of lifting objects weighing about 110 tons to a height of about 400 feet. The crane typically adjusts to a collapsed configuration, enabling facile transport.

    摘要: Self-climbing, telescopic crane and a method for mounting pre-fabricated concrete towers of the type formed by a plurality of modules joined laterally to form diverse frustroconical segments that are subsequently stacked to form the tower, that comprises an external vertical column and another internal one that can move vertically via actuators. The top part of the internal vertical column terminates in a horizontally rotatable capstan, associated with a horizontal arm terminating at the opposite end in a pulley through which the hoist cable moves. The invention presented affords the main advantage of allowing mounting from inside the tower, dispensing with the need of expensive long-reach cranes to be operating over long periods, with a notable reduction in the economic cost and the mounting time of the tower, as well as allowing mounting to be carried out in unfavourable wind conditions.
