    摘要: An electrical connector is provided for a wire having a wire end, wherein an uninsulated wire segment extending out of the wire end and an insulated wire segment adjoining the uninsulated wire segment together form an insertion section. The electrical connector comprises a connector body, the connector body having a channel for receiving the insertion section. The connector further comprises an electrical con-nection element, wherein the electrical connection element has a wire contact area, arranged in the channel, for making contact with the uninsulated wire segment and a connection area arranged on the outside of the connector body, wherein the electrical connection element is formed by metallization, in particular a partial metallization, of the connector body. The electrical connector further comprises a cover element, the cover element having a clamping structure. The clamping structure does not project into the channel in an open configuration and projects into the channel from the open channel top side in a closed configuration. The clamping structure is configured to clamp, in the closed configuration, the insertion section between the channel base and the clamping structure and to keep the uninsulated wire segment in contact with the wire contact area.

    摘要: A joint connector for connecting a plurality of wires includes a lower housing, an upper cover assembled with the lower housing, a plurality of terminals respectively connected to front end parts in an extending direction of the plurality of wires, and a busbar connected to the plurality of terminals. The busbar disposed in the lower housing includes a plurality of tabs. Each of the plurality of terminals disposed in the lower housing includes a tube portion, each of the plurality of tabs being inserted into the tube portion, sandwiching portions extending along the extending direction and configured to sandwich one of the plurality of wires, and a sliding portion disposed outside the sandwiching portions, movable along the extending direction and including pressurizing portions configured to pressurize the sandwiching portions toward the wire with the one of the plurality of wires sandwiched by the sandwiching portions.

    摘要: An electrical connector and a cable grounding structure thereof are disclosed. A grounding structure is bridged between a connection body of the electrical connector and each cable, and includes a bridging portion, at least one clamping portion, at least one docking portion, and an elastic portion. The clamping portion is disposed on the bridging portion for clamping a covering layer of each cable, and the docking portion is extended from the bridging portion toward the connection body and electrically connected to connection body, and the elastic portion is attached and pressed against the covering layer of each cable, so as to provide good grounding contact and prevent the issue of skewing the cables and other factors that affects the soldering yield.

    摘要: A terminal 12 connected to a front end portion of an electric cable 11 in the extension direction thereof is provided with a terminal main body 15 sandwiching the electric cable 11, and a slide member 16 which is capable of sliding relative to the terminal main body 15 in the extension direction of the electric cable 11. The terminal main body 15 includes a sandwiching portion 19 which is formed by means of a machined metal sheet material 60 and which sandwiches the electric cable 11, wherein: the sandwiching portion 19 includes a first holding projecting portion 23B which is formed by folding over the metal sheet material 60 at a side edge thereof that intersects the extension direction of the electric cable 11, and which projects out toward the electric cable 11 and is in contact with the electric cable 11, and a second holding projecting portion 23C which is formed by folding over the metal sheet material 60 at a side edge thereof in the extension direction of the electric cable 11, in such a way as to be positioned forward of the first holding projecting portion 23B in the extension direction of the electric cable 11, and which projects out toward the electric cable 11 and is in contact with the electric cable 11; and the slide member 16 includes a pressing portion which presses the sandwiching portion 19 toward the electric cable 11.
