Abstract:
A braiding machine in which spools wound with tensile elements are mounted on carriages that are disposed on a rotor track around the perimeter of the braiding machine. The perimeter of the braiding machine is non-circular, such that the area enclosed by the perimeter of the non-circular braiding machine is substantially less than the area enclosed by a circular braiding machine having a perimeter of the same length as the perimeter of the non-circular braiding machine.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a seamless webbing loop of a rock climbing quickdraw, a textile machine and a textile method. The seamless webbing loop of a rock climbing quickdraw contains a plurality of tubular webbing layers, one surrounded by another, among which there is at least one indication layer. The indication layer is adjacent to the outermost one among the plurality of tubular webbing layers or is the innermost one among the plurality of tubular webbing layers. Such a multilayered structure of the webbing loop enhances the strength of the webbing loop for the quickdraw, but does not cause a seam to the webbing loop. Further, the indication layer contained in the webbing loop functions to remind a user of timely replacement of the webbing loop when the webbing loop is worn, and thus the webbing loop is safe in use. With the movable spindle assembly arranged on the textile machine, it is convenient to remove the webbing loop from the textile machine. In addition, the webbing loop disclosed in the present invention has a simple structure without any seam, and is strong, safe and durable.
Abstract:
A hair braiding machine makes it possible to mechanically braid hair in a short period of time and to stably braid hair regardless of the state of hair. The hair braiding machine includes a pair of stationary rotors, which is rotated in opposite directions by driving of a motor and has a plurality of insertion recesses along an outer circumference thereof at regular intervals, a plurality of movable rotors, which is inserted into insertion recesses of the stationary rotors along orbital tracks, makes a circular motion along the orbital tracks by means of a rotating force of the stationary rotors, and includes a fastener at an upper portion thereof to and from which a hair holding unit holding hairs to be braided is coupled and decoupled, and a guide, which is installed at the intersections of circles of an upper orbital hole, changes a path of each movable rotor reaching one of the intersections in a diagonal direction by one of the stationary rotors, and guides the movable rotor, the path of which is changed, to make a circular motion by means of the other stationary rotor.
Abstract:
A braiding machine for use in the manufacture of braided hose. The machine has the rear deck interconnected to the front deck which front deck is composed of three separate elements, the inner deck plate, the outer deck plate and the quoits. The respective elements are of a sandwich construction, wherein a viscoelastic material is bonded to outer plate members to provide a dampening of the noise. In addition, the carrier members are similarly constructed to dampen the noise by a sandwich construction, wherein the flanges of the carrier have an inner layer of viscoelastic materials. The carriers which support the wire spools are driven in a criss-crossing pattern to provide a braiding action of the wire as it is layed onto a longitudinally moving hose.
Abstract:
A knitting machine includes a base unit, a plurality of transmission mechanisms, a plurality of spool stands, a collecting mechanism, a driving device and a microcomputer control unit. Each of the transmission mechanisms includes a plurality of driving gears and a plurality of blades. Each of the spool stands is provided with a spool. The collecting mechanism includes a plurality of hubs each provided with a convergent holding device. When the transmission mechanisms are driven, the spool of each of the spool stands is disposed at an operation state. The collecting mechanism collects and guides the lines of the spool of each of the spool stands to perform a knitting work so as to form rope belts. Thus, the rope belts present a thick-and-thin alternating mode, a multi-layer mode or a three-dimensional mode.
Abstract:
A braiding machine is provided comprising a support member, a series of drivers carried by the support member arranged in a circle around a braiding point, a mechanism to rotate adjacent of the drivers in opposite directions, a series of strand supply carrier spindles, and a plurality of cars for mounting of an associated spindle to be driven by the drivers for travel in serpentine intersecting paths in opposite directions around the braiding point. Each of the plurality of cars comprises a unitary central post, a mounting base, and a foot. The post extends from a bottom plane surface of the foot through the foot and the mounting base. The foot and the mounting base are spaced from one another and both provide support to the post.

Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to provide a high-quality fiber reinforced resin member that enables a longitudinal yarn to be laid out, without slipping, around an outer periphery of a mandrel having at least a bent portion, thus allowing both the longitudinal yarn and a diagonal yarn to be evenly laid out, and a method of manufacturing the fiber reinforced resin member, as well as an apparatus manufacturing a fiber fabric for the fiber reinforced resin member. A fiber reinforced resin member 1 includes an elongate fiber fabric formed by braiding a plurality of longitudinal yarns Q, . . . extending in a longitudinal direction of the fiber fabric and a plurality of diagonal yarns P, . . . inclined at a predetermined angle to the longitudinal direction, the fiber fabric being impregnated with resin that is then hardened. The fiber reinforced resin member 1 has at least a bent portion 1″. The longitudinal yarns Q, . . . are spirally wound at the bent portion 1″, in a posture in which the longitudinal yarns are inclined at an angle of, for example, 10 to 15 degrees to the longitudinal direction.
