    摘要: A control block (1) for a lubrication system has a main body (2) with at least one inlet port (4) and at least one outlet port (6). A primary connecting line (8) fluidically connects the inlet port (4) to the outlet port (6). The main body (2) has at least one return port (10). A relief valve (12), in an open state, opens a connection between the primary connecting line (8) and the return port (10), and, in a closed state, builds up pressure in the primary connecting line (8), for lubricant to be conveyed to the at least one lubrication point via the outlet port (6). The relief valve (12) changes from a closed state to an open state when the pressure in the primary connecting line (8) exceeds a predefined pressure value.

    摘要: A lubricant pump includes a housing mountable to the upper end of a lubricant container and having a vertical central bore, an outlet passage extending between the central bore and an outlet port fluidly connectable with the lubricant distributor and a vent chamber having an inlet and an outlet. A vent inlet passage extends between the central bore and the vent chamber inlet and a vent outlet passage extends between the vent chamber outlet and a vent outlet port fluidly connectable with a container cavity. A movable valve element is disposed within the vent chamber and displaceable along an axis between a position in which the valve element obstructs the chamber inlet and/or the chamber outlet and a second position in which the chamber inlet is fluidly connected with the chamber outlet to provide an internal flow path from the central bore to the vent outlet port.

    摘要: A lubrication system comprises a lubricant reservoir, a lubricant supply passage fluidly connecting the lubricant reservoir and a space requiring lubrication, and a lubricant supply pump. The supply pump includes a piston having a first piston head slidably received in a chamber in fluid communication with the lubricant reservoir and a second piston head slidably received in a pumping chamber. The pumping chamber is divided into a first and second cavities by the second piston head. The first cavity is between the first piston head and second piston head. The first and second cavities are placeable in fluid communication with pressure sources externally of the pumping chamber to provide a pressure differential between the first cavity and the second cavity, whereby the piston may move as a result of the pressure differential to cause the first piston head to dispense lubricant from the lubricant reservoir to the space.
