The control system may include a first sensor (44) configured to generate a first signal indicative of one of a speed of the mobile machine and a distance between the mobile machine and the receptacle, a display system (56) having at least one display device (58) configured to show information relating to one or more of the mobile machine and the receptacle to an operator of the receptacle, and a controller electronically connected to the first sensor and the display system. The controller may be configured to determine a relative speed of the receptacle with respect to the mobile machine based at least in part on the first signal and generate on the at least one display device a first visual indicator (68) indicative of the relative speed of the receptacle with respect to the mobile machine.

Furthermore, the sensor module comprises a retainer with a mounting plate which is releasably mounted to the link.

摘要: A self-propelled paving machine includes a plurality of swing legs, each swing leg being supported from a ground surface by an associated crawler track steerably connected to an outer end of its associated swing leg. The machine may be re-oriented from a paving orientation to a transport orientation via a transport conversion mode of an automatic controller configured to spin the paving in place on the ground through a re-orientation angle, then rotate each of the crawler tracks relative to its respective swing leg until each crawler track is primarily oriented in a transport direction generally perpendicular to the paving direction, and then while moving the paving machine in the transport direction pivoting each of the swing legs relative to the frame until each swing leg is oriented primarily in the transport direction. The paving machine may then be driven onto a transport vehicle.

摘要: The present disclosure provides vibratory compactor comprising an active isolation apparatus for reducing a vibration generated during the rotation of an eccentric shaft having an eccentric weight attached thereto. The active isolation apparatus comprises a drum, a propulsion motor configured to rotate the drum, a drive plate disposed between the propulsion motor and the drum in such a way as to be connected to the propulsion motor to transmit a rotating force to the drum, and a drum support configured to rotatably support the drum. The active isolation apparatus further comprises a first active isolation mass disposed between the drum support and the drum, a second active isolation mass disposed between the drive plate and the drum, an eccentric shaft configured to be rotated while penetrating through the first active isolation mass, the drum, and the second active isolation mass, a primary eccentric weight attached to the eccentric shaft inside the drum, an active isolation eccentric weight attached to each of the eccentric shaft inside the first active isolation mass and the second active isolation mass, and a vibration motor configured to rotate the eccentric shaft. In accordance with the active isolation apparatus of the present disclosure, when the eccentric shaft is rotated, a phase of a vibration generated by the active isolation eccentric weights is opposite to that of a vibration generated by the primary eccentric weight, and the vibration generated by the active isolation eccentric weights cancels the vibration generated by the primary eccentric weight.

摘要: A hydraulic pivot arm positioning assembly includes a forward and aft pivoting arm on both the left and right ends of a paving machine configured to operate in a paving direction. Hydraulic cylinders or other linear actuators enable the forward and aft pivoting arms to rotate automatically through at least a 90-degree range including at least an operating configuration, wherein the pivoting arms extend parallel to the paving direction, and a transport configuration, wherein the pivoting arms extend parallel to the transverse framework of the paving machine, narrowing its overall width. The use of linear actuators enables the pivoting arms to change position with minimal downtime to the paving machine, and without the need for manual repositioning, disconnection, or reconnection of components or accessories of the pivot arm positioning assembly.
