    摘要: A device is for a helicopter deck comprising a supporting, fluid-tight floor. The helicopter deck comprises an overlying, draining top cover formed out of at least two top-cover sections arranged side by side. Each of the top-cover sections comprise a surface portion provided with several drain openings and at least one channel wall projecting downwards, provided with a foot portion which is arranged to be positioned on the surface of the floor. At least one drain channel is defined by the top cover, the floor and two adjacent channel walls. The drain channel is provided with a mouth portion which is connected to a collecting channel. Fluid-transport paths are formed through the at least one drain channel between the drain openings and a drain in the collecting channel. The top-cover sections are detachable from the floor and adjacent top-cover sections.

The modular flooring system may include a frame defining the area desired for the substantially horizontal flat surface, a plurality of malleable support members that may be used as a single layer or multiple layers, where the malleable support members may be loosely filled sand-filled bags. The system may also include a plurality of flat rigid panels larger than the malleable support members to bridge the gaps between adjacent malleable support members, thus transforming a generally level layer of malleable support members into a substantially flat flooring surface.

    摘要: Multipurpose panels having L-shaped tabs are interconnected using durable connectors to form a multipurpose mat that facilitates mobility over otherwise unstable terrain. In one embodiment, four-sided panels are fabricated from laminations of fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) with radiused rectangular holes machined in each of two adjacent edges and a recessed L-shaped tab formed along opposing adjacent edges. The connectors are fabricated from corrosion resistant metal and assembled to precise specifications prior to insertion in the rectangular holes machined in pre-specified types of panel. Top and bottom plates of durable connectors are fabricated from 6061-T6 aluminum stock. A threaded bolt used to tie the plates together, to which a liquid threadlocker is applied, is fabricated from a steel alloy suitable for use with aluminum. Two specially fabricated tools, a spacer guide and an alignment tool, may be used to optimize installation. These also may be fabricated from 6061-T6 aluminum stock.
