摘要: This invention is detailing a construction method for a cast in-situ pile having an upper section with a larger diameter and at least one subsequent section with a smaller diameter, and a drilling device equipped with continuous flights which allows the construction of one pile having multiple diameters using the innovative construction method in a single continuous drilling phase while each drilling tool is penetrating through the soil in one pass.
The drilling tool according to the invention has a central hollow space that allows accommodation through it of at least one another smaller diameter drilling tool that can drill continuously and can be coupled by means of a coupling-decoupling device in a specific manner to the other drilling tool in order to act as a fixed assembly, at any given position in relation to the smaller drilling tool length and rotating position.-

A cutting shoe portion is arranged at a bottom of the steel pipe pile, and an outer diameter of the pile shoe is larger than an outer diameter of the cutting shoe portion; the pile cap is detachably connected to the top of the steel pipe pile; the pile core is located in the steel pipe pile, the pile core is detachably connected to the pile shoe, and a length of the pile core is larger than or equal to a length of the steel pipe pile; the pile cap is further provided with a pile core accommodating groove and a pile core limiting portion; the pile core limiting portion includes a pile core limiting block and a limiting hole.

摘要: The subject invention pertains to systems and methods for controlling an end-effector moving in three-dimensional space within long piles or shafts. Systems can include a fixed base platform, a cable-driven working platform, a cable-driven end-effector, a sensing system including draw wire sensors, gyroscopes, sonar sensors, and lidar, a control system in communication with the sensing system, and actuators for cables. The end-effector can be configurable to become a cable-driven parallel end-effector, a serially linked arm, a flexible end-effector or an air-lifting end-tool in cases of cleaning founding layers in bored pile shafts. The control system can be configurable to regulate the lengths of cables through actuators and modulate the positions and orientations of the working platform and the end-effector.

In order to maintain the mutual symmetry of the gripping jaws (10) during their movement the gripping jaws (10) essentially comprise arms (2), (3) which are attached to be stiff at the location of the turning joints (8) of the gripping jaws which arms are directed in such a way that the ends of the arms (2), (3) are located next to each other and stay essentially next to each other during the turning movements meant for the gripping jaws (10), and in that the ends of the mentioned arms (2); (3) are connected to each other with the help of a short arm (4) which has a pivot mounting.
