摘要: A subsea foundation system and a method of connecting a lower pipe portion to a subsea foundation are provided. The method includes: providing the subsea foundation, an upper pipe portion being connected to the subsea foundation, deploying the subsea foundation subsea; and connecting the lower pipe portion to the upper pipe portion. The subsea foundation system includes: the subsea foundation; the upper pipe portion connected to the subsea foundation, and the lower pipe portion. The lower pipe portion can be connected to the upper pipe portion subsea. The lower pipe portion may be connected to the subsea foundation in a stowed position before deployment subsea. The lower pipe portion may be connected to a pull-in arrangement before deployment subsea.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a collar device for a multi-part ground screw assembly. A ground screw device and an installed racking system are also both provided. A method of installing the racking system is provided as well. The collar device includes an annular main body with at least one aperture having a hexagonal shape. The collar device further includes at least one fastener assembly, comprising a fastener with a head and a threaded post, a locking washer, and a hexnut washer. The collar device is coupled to the ground screw device and the racking device. Advantageously, the collar device is easy to transport for on-site installation of a solar racking system and provides an efficient system capable of easily removing the collar device from the solar racking system as well.

摘要: A coupling between lead and extension pile segments of a driven piling. The extension segment has a formed end, an opposite driven end and a body extending therebetween. The formed end has an inner diameter equal to an outer diameter of an exposed end of the lead segment and greater than an outer diameter of the extension segment's body. The formed end has an initial length prior to coupling the extension and lead segments; the formed end undergoes secondary end forming when a driving force is applied, such that the formed end has a final length exceeding the initial length after the extension and lead segments are coupled. In some embodiments, the extension segment has an external ring portion positioned upstream of the formed end, and the exposed end of the lead segment is cold extruded into and through the external ring portion of the extension segment.
