摘要： The invention relates to a machine (10) for making columns in ground, the machine comprising a carrier (12) having a mast (14) extending along a longitudinal direction; a movable carriage (16) mounted to slide along the mast (14); a ground perforation tool (20) extending along a longitudinal axis parallel to said longitudinal direction and secured to said movable carriage, presenting a top end connected to building material feed means, and a bottom end provided with an orifice (28) for injecting the first building material; a rotary drive system (18) for driving the perforation tool (20) in rotation; and a body (40) extending around the perforation tool (20) so that the perforation tool is suitable for sliding through said body. According to the invention, the machine has a coupling system (60) for coupling together the body (40) and the perforation tool (20) in translation and in rotation.

摘要： A slotted mandrel is used in displacement pier construction. Longitudinal slots are formed in the sides of the hollow mandrel which allow for the introduction of aggregate efficiently into the mandrel from a hopper through which the mandrel passes while being driven into the ground. Water may also be employed with the aggregate. Once in the ground the mandrel is raised to release the aggregate (and water if present) into the formed hole in lifts and a mandrel head then compacts the aggregate in the hole. This apparatus and method obviates the need for complicated and expensive hoppers that are raised with the mandrel or the use of expensive aggregate delivery systems.

摘要： A system for constructing a support column includes a mandrel with an upper portion and a tamper head. A feed tube extends through the mandrel for feeding flowable material to the head. The tamper head includes a lower enlarged chamber with a reducing surface at an upper portion for compacting material and restricting upward flow of aggregate. The tamper head is of a size providing an enclosed region for allowing cementitious materials to be placed therein. The system allows a support column including a cementitious inclusion on top of an expanded base to be built.

摘要： A method and mechanical apparatus for installation of support pier for structure comprises positioning a hollow tube apparatus in a soil matrix wherein the hollow tube apparatus has a hollow core and is susceptible to lateral and longitudinal movement, removing soil from the hollow core and then filling that core with an aggregate followed by raising and lowering of the hollow tube apparatus by way of a bottom mechanical device in a manner which compacts the aggregate and also applies lateral forces to the aggregate against the walls of the cavity in the soil matrix, pushing a portion of the aggregate into the soil matrix.

摘要： The invention relates to a piling apparatus for driving a tube (1) closed at the lower end by a base plate into the ground (6) to form a concrete foundation pile. The apparatus comprises a piling hammer with falling weight (4) and an impact cap (3) acting on the tube (1). 摘要： A tubular footing form of the recoverable type for building concrete foundation piles comprises an end shutting organ destined to prevent water from the water bed from entering the footing form while the latter is being plunged into the ground and to enable the concrete casting to be performed during the step of recovery of the same footing form. The end shutting organ is installed inside the tubular footing form at a certain distance from its free end so as to create a seal chamber which, during the step of plunging of the footing form, gets filled with compacted earth, which forms a plug which tightly seals the shutting organ against the entering of water from the water bed.
