摘要: A raised floor system for suspension type pipelines mainly comprises girders and floor units laid between foot stands after the foot stands are erected at intervals on the floor, such that floor units are separated from the floor by a distance to form a large-area raised floor, wherein a top portion of each foot stand for the floor units to be placed thereon is combined with a cover, of four sides of the cover each is vertically provided with a folded plate, a hole is formed on the folded plate, two ends of a suspension device are capable of being respectively hooked on the holes of the folded plates of two of the spaced foot stands, so that the suspension device is placed under the floor units for pipelines to be placed thereon or fixed thereto.

摘要: Disclosed may be an intermediate surface for supporting a small paver, wherein the surface can also be used to exchange heat with the pavers. In one embodiment, the apparatus may be a hextray defined by a frame with a hexagonal lattice for supporting pavers. The hextray preferably features a tubing track throughout the lattice to accommodate heat exchange tubing. In operation the hextray may be positioned above a pedestal or directly on a subsurface. In embodiment, the hex tray may be outfitted with insulation and a metal plate so that heat may be exchanged with pedestals via fluid passing through tubing installed throughout the hexagonal lattice. In a preferred embodiment, the hextray features a slot in its corners for receiving a locking disk or locking slider.

摘要: A system and method for providing an outdoor flooring such as a lightweight deck surface, employs a fiber reinforced polymer structural panel with internally tapered plural grid openings therein. A connector is driven into selected openings to enable the panel to be secured to a deck frame, or in the case of an impenetrable deck frame, a series of plates are used with or without pipe stanchions to make a floating or raised floating planar surface. A surfacing material, such as a quarried stone, is attached to the top of the panel, providing a stone deck surface without requiring substantial structural support.

摘要: A floor system for providing a raised floor above a sub-floor in a work environment is disclosed. The floor system includes a plurality of pedestals, a plurality of panels having side cutouts arranged so that the side cutouts are in alignment when the panels are installed on the pedestals to form an access opening from the combination of the side cutouts, an access cover configured to fit over the access opening, and a track configured to rest upon the pedestals and to provide a passage for utility carriers. A floor system is also disclosed for providing a raised floor above a sub-floor to support a load in a work environment. The floor system includes a plurality of pedestals, a frame including a combination of frame members to provide a substantially open frame work supported on the pedestals so that the load is distributed across the frame, and a plurality of panels configured to be installed on the frame and to be quickly and easily removable.

摘要: A temporary collapsible stage having a plurality of individual platforms. Each individual platform has a top square portion and four corner portions. Adjustable telescopic legs secure these individual platforms to each other. Each adjustable telescopic leg has an inner leg member and an outer leg member both having a generally cross-shaped configuration. The corner portions of each platform can be inserted into and secured within the inner leg member of the adjustable telescopic leg, and the inner leg is in turn inserted into and secured within the outer leg member. The inner leg member and the outer leg member are provided with a plurality of pinholes for securing these leg members together. The height of each adjustable telescopic leg is adjusted by sliding the inner leg member with respect to the outer leg member and securing these leg members in the desired position by inserting pins into the appropriate pinholes of both leg members.

摘要: A strut for supporting services between parallel spaced apart I-beam flooring joists is described. The strut has a main section adapted to fit transversely between the two joists and has two end regions which extend beyond and above the main section for resting on the joists, so that the main section is supported so as to extend between the two beams below or in line with the upper faces of the joists. This enables services such as cables, ducting or pipes to be supported below the floorboarding carried by the joists. A number of such struts are located at intervals along the length of the joists in the form of the rungs of a ladder to enable lengths of cables, ducting or pipes to be supported below the floorboarding. A building component comprising a moulding is preferably secured to the top surface of each joist along the length thereof between the struts. The moulding has a rebate along its length to provide a ledge on which a floorboard edge can rest. The depth of the rebate accommodates at least the thickness of the floorboard, and the thickness of the moulding below the ledge creates a void between the floorboard and the upper surface of the joists to accommodate the services supported by the struts. The moulding may also include a second parallel rebate leaving a ridge therebetween. The two floorboards are spaced apart by the ridge. A further rebate can be provided to accommodate at least part of another member. Where a floor covering is laid over the floorboards the rebate(s) is/are sufficient to accommodate both boards and covering.

摘要: A floor panel having a rectangular floor base integrally with a convex prop in each corner portion and a concave portion on the upper surface of each prop. There is a height adjusting screw with a plate embedded in the concave portion of each prop, variably for adjusting the height of the support position in a predetermined range between a position lower than the upper surface of the prop and a position higher than the upper surface of the prop. A floor panel is supported by each prop of the floor base and has through holes for accessing the height adjusting screw for adjusting the support height at each corner according to the prop. In the method of manufacturing the floor base, a convex portion, which integrally projects to the upper surface side on four corners of a skin, is formed, a concave portion is formed on the lower surface of said convex portion, concrete is packed in the concave portion, thereby forming which is integral to said skin.

摘要: A floating floor comprises a plurality of square buffer members arranged in parallel at regular intervals on a supporting structural floor, a plurality of floor panels vertically spaced above the supporting structural floor by the supporting members to form an air layer between them. The floor panels are respectively provided with a plurality of air holes through which the air layer is communicated with the outside of the floor panels. The floor panel may be a hollow panel having a plurality of cavities extending in parallel in the longitudinal direction of the panel and being opened at butt ends of the panel, each cavity being communicted with the air layer through said air holes to form passages from the air layer to the outside of the floor panel. Instead of square buffer members, there may be used square supporting members and a buffer layer so that the floor panels are vertically spaced above the buffer layer by square supporting members to form an air layer between them.
