    摘要: The present invention discloses a fully-assembled staircase system and an assembly method. The fully-assembled staircase system includes a stair slab, stair steps, stair stringers, landing slabs, steel connectors, and a stair handrail, where a main body of the stair slab is an inclined flat plate structure, lap joints are disposed at an upper end and a lower end of the stair slab LTB, an outer edge of an upper surface of the lap joint is provided with first grooves, one side of the landing slab PB is provided with second grooves, the stair stringer is an inverted T-shaped structure, a top surface of a web of the stair stringer is provided with third grooves, two flanges of the stair stringer are respectively fixedly lapped with the stair slab and the landing slab, the first groove, the third groove, and the second groove after the lapping jointly form a steel-connector groove.

    摘要: An earthquake-resistant building connection includes first and second structural elements lying a distance from each other, where the first element includes an outer side face that faces the second element. The first element includes at least one projecting member that projects from the outer side face of the first element into a cavity in the second element. The cavity is wider, higher and deeper than the member. The first element also includes an elastic component for absorbing forces and motions of an earthquake. The component has an outer surface that extends around the member and faces the second element, forming a fill area between the outer surface of the component and the second element and further between the member and the cavity. The fill area is filled such that forces and motions transferred between the first and second elements in the event of an earthquake are absorbed in the component.

    摘要: A precast step-wall block including a step portion projecting perpendicularly out of a wall system and a wall block portion, is disclosed. Wall blocks used in constructing the wall system are T-shaped in plan view with exemplary dimensions of 400 mm×200 mm×200 mm. These wall blocks are arranged in Flemish bond courses to facilitate the projection of the precast steps from the wall system. A mold designed for preparation of the precast steps of different lengths is also described.

    摘要: A stadium and arena seating system is provided which utilizes concrete tread surfaces and metallic or other non-concrete vertical risers therebetween. The concrete treads have front and rear embeds embedded within the front and rear ends of the treads respectively. The embeds comprise a metallic or other non-concrete material similar to the vertical risers. The vertical risers are arranged in a shingled or other self-sealing fashion between the embeds of the treads to provide water and debris shedding. In certain embodiments, an overlapping vertical riser may be used which provides water shedding without the need for embeds within the concrete tread surfaces.

    摘要: A system for establishing modular concrete truss stairway during construction of a multi-floor building having concrete decks provides two pre-cast concrete stringers of plural stairsteps and a cast-in-place intermediate landing therebetween forming a stair truss structurally attached to and communicating between two vertically spaced adjacent concrete decks. The intermediate concrete landing is carried between the adjacent vertically spaced decks by adjacent end portions of the stringers. Internal reinforcement in the concrete decks, in each stringer and in the intermediate landing is operatively interconnected to provide structural rigidity to the stair truss. Concurrent pouring of concrete for the upper deck, the intermediate landing and a blocked out area defined in a lower deck structurally attaches the stair truss therebetween providing an operative stairway upon hardening of the concrete.
