摘要： A fall arrest assembly for anchoring a fall arresting line to a pair of roof trusses includes a truss mount that has a pair of channels each being integrated into the truss mount. The pair of channels is oriented parallel with respect to each other to insertably receive a beam of a respective one of a pair of roof trusses thereby mounting the truss mount to the pair of roof trusses. An anchor box is integrated into the truss mount and the anchor box has an anchor point which is integrated into the anchor box. In this way the anchor point can have a fall arresting line attached to the anchor point thereby facilitating the fall arresting line to be mounted to the pair of roof trusses.

摘要： The present system for fall restraint includes a mounting frame connected to a trigger mechanism and firing blocks, with a trigger cable extending through apertures in the mounting frame and trigger mechanism. Sudden movement by a user, such as a fall, actuates the trigger mechanism to trigger the firing blocks. The firing blocks are loaded with anchors and firing cartridges. Triggering the firing blocks causes the cartridges to fire, propelling the anchors into an anchoring surface, such as a roof. Because the user is connected to the trigger cable, once the anchors deploy the user is anchored to the roof and their fall arrested.

摘要： A safety anchor device attachable to a metal roof is provided in one-piece construction and is noninvasively attached to a metal roof. The device leaves no marks or flaws in or on the roof or roof structure. The device has a substantially tetragonal beam. Rods extended from the beam slidingly engage raised ridges in a metal roof panel, typically at a roof ridge or at any other open-ended roof panel. A closed rounded end of a u-loop is permanently affixed to the tetragon beam and faces downwardly toward the metal roof panel. Objects, equipment and people can be linked to the u-loop to prevent falling.

摘要： Safety structure for a roof and more particularly a flat roof. The former includes an engagement structure. The engagement structure provides an attachment element to which a part to be safely attached to the roof, such as the belt of individuals present on the roof, a railing or the like has to be attached. According to the present invention, this attachment element is attached to a thickening and more particularly to a profiled section. This thickening is accommodated in a folded-over part of roof covering material and is situated in the folded-over part thereof. This roof covering material is attached to the existing roof covering by torching or gluing.

The barrier member can have a construction that is flexible in both directions along the length and width of the barrier member. The end supports can allow the extended barrier member to move in a direction transverse to the width of the barrier member when desired.

摘要： A J-shaped stanchion which attaches to a roof truss (or rafter) in such a manner as to enable the entire girth of the roof truss overhang (or rafter) to be the sole support for the stanchion. The stanchion is designed to bend below the fascia and return up above the roof surface where successive stanchions similarly attached are connected via a fall protection guardrails providing fall protection for all workers. This single point of attachment allows the carpenters to attach the stanchions prior to hoisting the trusses onto the roof bearing walls. As soon as the trusses are properly braced, the guardrails can be hoisted and secured.

摘要： A multi-use variable guard rail system for providing a safe working area is mountable on various surfaces, whether sloped (roofs), vertical (walls) or horizontal (floors). A rail support of the system has an upright pivotally engaged with a base, and a brace that locks the upright relative to the base in numerous positions ranging between an acute angle and an obtuse angle where the upright and base are linearly aligned. The upright has openings that hold rails such as various sizes of lumber in a vertically stacked array without the need to cut or fasten the lumber, and which allows for replacement of rails without disassembly of the rest of the system. The base has a tongue particularly suited for roof work, namely it is used to mount the rail support to the roof, yet allows the base to be lifted for placing shingles thereunder.
