摘要： An apparatus for cleaning facades including glass surfaces of high rise buildings. The apparatus includes a machine having a frame for attaching components and equipments of a main unit; a thrust provider for generating force to keep the main unit in contact with the facade; a hoist to enable lifting and lowering of the main unit; a laundry unit comprising a fabric sheet to clean the facade; a roller attached to end of extended arms of the main unit; and a control unit installing electrical controls on the main unit. The machine provides a number of novel elements and safety features by applying simple design concept that is practicable to wide range of buildings of glass or flat façades.

摘要： A work gondola comprises a suction attachment device which is mounted on a front portion of the gondola opposing an outer wall of a building, and which couples and fixes the gondola to the outer wall of the building while being attached to the outer wall of the building by suction. The suction attachment device is formed from a first support column extending in a front-rear direction from the front portion of the gondola, a second support column mounted on the front portion of the gondola and extending in a width direction, and a vacuum gripper attached to a distal-end portion of the first support column. The work gondola which can be fixed onto the outer wall of a building to achieve positional stabilization in the air, and which enables accurate and reliable performance of work involved in various construction operations.

摘要： A system and a method for automatically regulating the tensions of the guide ropes of a flexible cable suspension platform. The system includes a guide rope regulator mounted on a flexible cable suspension platform, a hydraulic pump station arranged on the flexible cable suspension platform, and a hydraulic system associated to the hydraulic pump station. The guide rope regulator automatically regulates the tensions of the guide ropes to enable the tensions of all the guide ropes to be consistent, so as to further ensure that the flexible cable suspension platform is in a level condition. The guide rope regulator also can measure the tension states of the guide ropes conveniently so as to ensure that the guide ropes have enough tensions to efficiently limit the swing amplitude of a lilting container. The system is simple, and convenient to operate, and has a good automatic regulating effect.

摘要： The invention relates to a bridge that is for use with a scaffolding standard. The standard may comprise of an elongate pipe to which there is secured at least one rosette of a kind that presents a plurality of apertures about the pipe at which a connection to said standard can be established by other scaffolding components. The bridge is capable of connection to said rosette at at least two said apertures, said bridge allowing a scaffolding component to be secured thereto to be positioned and supported by said bridge at a location not catered for by any aperture of said rosette.

摘要： A suspended access chair with a rescue system that may be utilized to access a wind turbine blade while mounted on a tower for purposes such as inspection, maintenance, cleaning, and repair of the blade is provided. The suspended access chair generally includes a chair frame assembly. Upper frame and lower frame assembly rollers are secured to the chair frame assembly and are configured for rolling contact along an edge of the blade. The suspended access chair further includes primary dextral and primary sinistral gripping arms. The gripping arms may be adjusted to conform to the shape of the blade and include rollers configured for rolling contact along a portion of the blade. A hoist is provided to raise and lower the chair along a suspension rope. The rescue system is used to lower the suspended access chair from an elevated position to the ground during emergency situations.

The extendible arm has at least two elongate arm members that are coupled together in a manner to be able to displace relative each other. The first arm defines a first end of said extendible arm. The first end presents a first head that can engage to the building structure. The second end present a second head that can be secured to the structure adjacent.

摘要： A support platform for enabling a worker to service an oil well next to a wellhead having a valve tree includes a platform having an upper floor, a lower floor and a cavity in between the floors. A platform provides a periphery, a central opening and radially extending beams. A plurality of walls attached to the periphery of the platform, said beams connecting to said walls below said upper floor. A drain that enables fluid to drain from the upper floor to the lower floor and into the cavity. A coupler that spans between the floors for enabling a connection to be made between the platform and valve tree. A liquid guard or other provision that disallows the escape of fluid from a floor via the central opening. One or more sleeves are provided in the cavity, each connecting to the upper floor, each sleeve having a bore that extends to and through the upper floor. Fluid that drains to the cavity is not able to escape the cavity via the sleeve or sleeve bore.
