    摘要: A lock structure of dual protection includes a lock core rotating shaft, swing rod, push rod, brake shoe and handle rotating shaft coupled pivotally to a door handle configure on a lock, wherein a first latch element is configured above the swing rod, and a second latch element at one side of the handle rotating shaft, allowing the first latch element and second latch element to be in respective connection with indoor and outdoor card readers through a control circuit. Whereby, the lock must be unlocked by swiping an access card outdoors or indoors while being locked, and a user is allowed to turn a door handle to unlock the lock indoors or outdoors by means of the motion of the first latch element of second latch element subjected to or released from magnetic suction while the access card is swiped so that the dual protection can be achieved.

    摘要: An anti-ligature handle and escutcheon for operating a lock. The handle and escutcheon are smoothly curved in all directions to eliminate hanging points and prevent suicide by preventing the attachment of a ligature to the handle or escutcheon. The handle is curved to allow fingers to be inserted behind the handle to pull on the handle. The handle is attached to a handle plate that slides behind an escutcheon plate portion of the escutcheon. Multiple ligature traps in the form of an inverted “V” are positioned in parallel offset rows between the handle plate and the escutcheon plate to prevent the insertion of a ligature around the handle and handle plate.

    摘要: This lock, which may be coded-keycard operated, has a set-table device on the inside of the door by which the maid, for instance, can be locked out. The lockout setting device is preferably in the form of a pushbutton or deadbolt turnpiece which manipulates a switch in the code-receiving circuitry. The lockout setting is automatically cancelled when the latch is retracted. When the setting device comprises a deadbolt turnpiece, the deadbolt is biased toward retracted position and the setting device holds the deadbolt extended. When the latch is retracted in the latter version, the retraction cancels the lockout setting and permits the deadbolt to retract under the power of the deadbolt biasing spring.The invention also includes a non-code-operated embodiment in which a deadbolt is spriing driven to retracted position as the latch is retracted in latching to protect the deadbolt, lock and door frame.

    摘要: An inside turn knob is equipped with an axially movable coupling member spring pressed to position coupling the knob to a deadbolt operating cam. A guest key inserted into an outside tumbler cylinder will press the coupling member to release position so that the key when rotating a latchbolt operating cam and the turn knob will not rotate the deadbolt cam. A manager''s key is relatively short and will not depress the coupling member, and therefore can rotate the deadbolt cam along with the latchbolt cam.

    摘要: A lock arrangement which includes a lock casing (5), a key-operated cylinder lock (1) mounted on one side of the casing, and a knob or finger-turn mechanism (7-10) mounted on the other side of the casing, this knob or finger-turn mechanism being effective in activating a lock mechanism activator device, such as a follower (6) located in the lock casing (5), through the intermediary of a cylinder-lock dogging element (4) and a knob dogging element (8). The cylinder-lock dogging element (4) and the knob dogging element (8) are axially movable and are in end-to-end connection with one another. When the knob or finger-grip is turned to secure the lock, the knob dogging element is moved axially in a direction which causes the cylinder-lock dogging element also to move in its axial direction, to a position which prevents a standard key from being inserted fully into the cylinder lock. A specially configured management key, however, can be inserted into the cylinder lock for appropriate manipulation of the lock components.

    摘要: A locking device incorporates a lock case, an escutcheon housing and a door handle. The lock case houses a spring bolt mechanism operable by the door handle and a dead bolt mechanism operable by a locking mechanism. The spring bolt and the dead bolt are separately latchable. The escutcheon housing contains a substantial part and preferably the whole of a lock cylinder mechanism for latching the spring bolt. The dead bolt mechanism is adapted to be actuated, at any rate from one side, by a key via lock cylinder mechanism or a tumbler lever mechanism. From the other side the dead bolt can be latched or released via the said tumbler lever mechanism, a separate lock cylinder mechanism or a handle. Said handle may also cooperate with the spring bolt via a separate mechanism contained in a second escutcheon housing. When the dead bolt is actuated by a tumbler lever mechanism a cover plate in the escutcheon housing preferably cooperates with the spring bolt mechanism so that it covers the key hole for the tumbler lever mechanism when the spring bolt is being latched.
