    摘要： A security container for holding a product. The container includes a jacket having a cavity, a sleeve receivable in the cavity, and a chamber in the sleeve for holding the product. The sleeve moves within the cavity between a position where a user can access the chamber and a position where they cannot access the chamber. A locking mechanism secures the sleeve against movement when in the locked condition and permits movement thereof when unlocked. An alarm mechanism is provided that is simultaneously activated when the locking mechanism is locked and deactivated when the locking mechanism is unlocked. The locking mechanism includes a magnetic locking member movable by a dedicated magnetic key to unlock the mechanism. The security container is adjustable in length to accommodate products of different sizes. The container is of a diminutive size in that it is capable of fitting into a man's dress shirt pocket.

    摘要： Apparatus and methods for locking and unlocking a lockable container that has an internal locking mechanism are disclosed. The apparatus may include a main body including a channel for receiving the container. A magnetic field source coupled to the main body may emit a magnetic field for actuating a container lock catch mechanism disposed at least partially inside the container. The apparatus may include a channel blocker that may be positioned by actuating a channel lock to selectively prevent the magnetic field source from actuating the catch mechanism of a container lock. The channel lock may be coupled to a cam configured to position at least a portion of the channel blocker in the channel. In some embodiments, the apparatus may include a ramp retractor coupled to the channel blocker wherein the ramp retractor urges the channel blocker down through the channel by action of the magnetic field.

    摘要： A security collar for placement around the base of a display package to prevent removal of a cover from the base to protect merchandise contained therein. An EAS security tag is contained in the collar. A magnetically actuated lock mechanism is formed on the collar to lock the collar in a closed locked position on the display package. The collar includes a pair of semi-circular housing members pivotally joined at one end and swingable between open and closed positions. The collar is formed with spaced projections which trap the base and portions of the cover therebetween to secure the collar about the base and cover. Each of the housing members each locking teeth which mutually engage each other to secure the housing members in locked position.

    摘要： A security device includes a case having a bottom open end to receive merchandise, a top surface, two opposing ends and two opposing sidewall surfaces; at least one tab protruding from the case; and a locking mechanism for maintaining the received merchandise in the case. The locking mechanism includes a base housing including at least one slot to receive and retain the tab to help secure the case to the locking mechanism, at least one flange extending from the base housing to overlie at least one surface of the case, and a movable member. The moveable member (i) maintains the received merchandise in the case by blocking the front of the bottom open end and securing the tab in the slot when the locking mechanism is closed and (ii) disengages from the front of the bottom open end when the locking mechanism is open allowing the tab to become fully separated from the slot and the locking mechanism to become fully separated from the case. A decoupler is provided for opening the locking mechanism.
