    摘要： Transmitting actuating forces from an actuator to a swashplate of an axial piston unit through a pin extending from a lever of the swashplate induces torsional stresses in the lever. The present invention overcomes this problem by securing a lever to a swashplate so that a distal end portion thereof extends into a slot of an actuator. The distal end portion has a cylindrical shaped surface pivotally seated in a mating socket formed in a slide block positioned within the actuator slot. The actuating forces transmitted from the actuator to the lever are thus transmitted in a straight line motion with minimal torsional stresses introduced into the lever.

    摘要： A swash plate type hydraulic rotating machine includes: a rotating shaft; a valve plate; a swash plate; a cylinder block on the outside of the rotating shaft slidingly contacting the valve plate; cylinders provided in the cylinder block having axially movable pistons therein; shoes on a distal end of respective pistons; an annular keep plate between the swash plate and the cylinder block supporting the shoes having a plain bearing within the inner periphery of the keep plate, the plain bearing supporting the keep plate to push the keep plate toward the swash plate side; and set springs biasing the plain bearing and the cylinder block toward the opposite sides in the axial direction. The swash plate type hydraulic rotating machine is configured such that, when in an assembled state, a gap in the axial direction between the cylinder block and the plain bearing is 0 or a fine gap.

    摘要： A variable-displacement type fluid pump or motor comprises, essentially, a rotor having ball pistons movable in the axial direction, a pair of cam members against which the ball pistons abut, ports for supplying hydraulic fluid into and discharging the same out of spaces between the ball pistons within cylindrical bores, a valve sleeve having ports for determining the timing of supply and discharge of the hydraulic fluid, and means for transmitting the rotation of the cam member to the valve sleeve. One of the pair of cam members is fixed, while the other is rotatably supported to a casing. The valve sleeve is also rotatably supported and is rotated by an angle equal to onehalf of the rotational angle of the movable cam member in the same direction by the rotation of the movable cam member transmitted by way of the rotation transmitting means.

A pair of axially aligned actuating chambers defined in the housing slidably receive the opposite ends of an elongate actuator and are disposed on opposite sides of a distal end portion formed on an actuator lever connected to the swash plate. A connector has a mounting portion spanning a transverse slot in the actuator and seated on a planar surface of the actuator. A guide portion of the connector is disposed within the transverse slot and has a bearing slot slidably receiving the distal end portion of the actuator lever.

Also, preferably, a pair of the drive members are arranged in the left and right positions respectively corresponding to the high and low pressure sides of the hydraulic pump or motor.

    摘要： A hydraulic apparatus, such as a pump or motor, is contained within an elongated tubular casing having end heads closing opposite ends thereof. An elongated cylinder member is rotatably mounted within the casing and has a plurality of circumferentially spaced cylinder forming bores therein with an elongated piston member movably mounted within each bore, resilient means being arranged for urging the piston members outwardly relative to the cylinder member. Fluid intake or input and outlet flow means communicate with the cylinders for flow of fluid through the pump or motor. A cam or wobble plate is turnably supported on one end head and has piston-engaging portions in the form of a plurality of circumferentially spaced bearing members arranged to be in a plane at an acute angle to the longitudinal axis of the cylinder member whereby rotation of the cam plate effects or is in response to reciprocation of the piston members. The wobble or cam plate has portions thereon meshing with gear means on the adjacent end of the cylinder member for a positive driving connection therebetween for transmitting rotary motion between a power member and the cylinder member and cam plate.
