    摘要: A structure for supplying assist air to an air-fuel mixture injection valve including a device for limiting the intake air taken by a compressor, whereby a drive force of the compressor required for compressing air is reduced, and fuel efficiency is achieved. The structure includes an inlet port of the compressor and a venturi member of an air-intake pipe brought into communication via an inlet channel. The air in the air-intake pipe is regulated by the venturi member through the inlet channel by driving the compressor and is taken to the compressor. Air compressed in the compressor is supplied through a high-pressure air channel to the air introduction portion of the fuel injection valve device, where fuel injected from the fuel injection valve and high-pressure air supplied to the air introduction portion are mixed to air-fuel mixture, and the air-fuel mixture is injected by the air-fuel mixture injection valve.

    摘要: A motor vehicle air-fuel ratio automatic control device comprises an electromagnetic valve electrically connected to the generator of a motor vehicle to control the passageway of an air loop to the fuel pipe of the motor vehicle. Starting the engine of the motor vehicle causes the electromagnetic valve to open the passageway to supply additional air to the fuel pipe so as to increase the proportion of air in the air-fuel ratio. Stopping the engine of the motor vehicle causes the electromagnetic valve to be electrically disconnected so that the passageway is closed whereby the proportion of air in the air-fuel ratio is reduced to enable a subsequent easy starting of the engine.

    摘要: An auxiliary intake device for an engine includes a bypass tube and a control valve mounted on the bypass tube. The bypass tube includes a first end connected to an air cleaner and a second end connected to an intake tube at a position between an intake manifold and a throttle that is mounted in an intake tube between the air cleaner and the intake manifold. The control valve is closed when a speed of an engine is below a predetermined value. The control valve is opened when the speed of the engine is equal to or greater than the predetermined value, allowing additional air from the air cleaner to enter the manifold via the bypass tube and the control valve. An air intake system for an engine with the auxiliary intake device is also provided.

The enrichment is brought about by a mechanical modification of the carburetor, and a selective carburetor control arrangement responsive to engine speed is utilized for enleanment of the fuel-air mixture at higher engine speeds.
