摘要: A rotary compressor includes: a closed upright cylindrical compressor housing including an upper portion provided with a discharge section of refrigerant and a body portion provided with an intake section of the refrigerant; a compression section disposed at a lower part in the compressor housing and configured to compress the refrigerant suctioned by the intake section to discharge the refrigerant from the discharge section; and a motor disposed at an upper part in the compressor housing and configured to drive the compression section. The motor has a rotor disposed on an inner side and a stator disposed on an outer side, the refrigerant is HFO1123 refrigerant or a refrigerant mixture containing the HFO1123 refrigerant, and an inner welded portion formed by welding using flux is provided within a projection area of the rotor at the upper portion of the compressor housing.

The discharge valve includes a curved portion whose shape is defined by one or more curvatures. When the discharge port is closed by the discharge valve, the valve retainer and the discharge valve are spaced apart from each other.

摘要: A motor-driven compressor includes a housing, a rotary shaft, a compression mechanism and an electric motor. The housing includes a suction port and a discharge port. The compression mechanism is disposed in the housing and compresses refrigerant flowed through the suction port into the compression mechanism and discharges the refrigerant through the discharge port. The electric motor is disposed in the housing and drives the rotary shaft to rotate to drive the compression mechanism. The electric motor includes a rotor fixedly mounted on the rotary shaft and a stator fixed to the housing. The rotor includes a permanent magnet and a compressor interior environment improvement agent containing at least one of an absorbent for absorbing moisture and a neutralizer for neutralizing acid.

摘要: A scroll compressor employs therein a refrigerant having a small global warming potential and a small ozone depletion potential and mainly comprising hydrofluoroolefin having a carbon-carbon double bond. A stationary scroll has and end plate and a discharge port defined in the end plate at a central portion thereof so as to open into a discharge chamber. The stationary scroll also has a bypass hole defined in the end plate to allow a plurality of compression chambers to communicate with the discharge chamber before the compression chambers communicate with the discharge port. A check valve is provided on the bypass hole to allow the refrigerant to flow from the compression chambers to the discharge chamber. This construction can restrain a baneful influence on the global environment, reduce a temperature increase caused by excessive compression, and restrain decomposition of the refrigerant even in long-term use.
