    摘要: The present invention relates to a volute pump for delivering a liquid containing fibrous substances. The volute pump includes an impeller (1) having a vane (2), and an impeller casing (5) which houses the impeller (1) therein. The impeller casing (5) includes a volute chamber (7), a suction port (3) and a discharge port (4) which communicate with the volute chamber (7), and a tongue portion (10) which forms a starting portion of the volute chamber (7). A groove (18), extending from the suction port (3) to the volute chamber (7), is formed in an inner surface of the impeller casing (5). An intersection point (B), where a terminal end of the vane (2) passes across the groove (18) as viewed from an axial direction of the impeller (1), is located at an opposite side from the tongue portion (10) with respect to a central point of the impeller (1).

    摘要: A pump housing has a spiral housing and includes a suction channel (14) which runs out in a space (15). The space (15) is for arranging an impeller (6), rotatable about a rotation axis (5), and includes a spirally peripheral channel (16) open to the space (15) and running out into a pressure channel. A receiver (20) for a differential pressure sensor is provided within the pump housing. A first sensor channel (22) is provided, which connects the receiver (20) to a pressure-side interior of the pump housing. A second sensor channel (23) connects the receiver (20) to the pressure-side interior of the pump housing. The receiver (20) for the differential pressure sensor is arranged between the spirally peripheral channel (16) and the suction channel (14), so that the channels can be formed by way of simple bores.

    摘要: A centrifugal pump has an electric motor, an impeller driven by the motor and a spiral volute. The impeller has an annular base plate and a plurality of vanes arranged on the base plate. The spiral volute has an inlet, an outlet and an impeller chamber in which the impeller is disposed. The inlet extends outwardly from a top wall of the volute. The outlet extends outwardly from a side wall of the volute in the spiral direction of the volute. The spiral volute has a wrap angle between 360 to 460 degrees. A washing apparatus incorporating the centrifugal pump is also provided.

In order to decrease the influence of radial force acting upon the impeller during operation, a partition wall (5) is arranged along a part of the turn in that part of the spiral formed pump housing that has the biggest diameter.
