    摘要: A Modular assembly or islet for pneumatic distribution which comprises a number of modules or blocks each consisting of a slice and each incorporating pneumatic connectors and electrical connectors. Two pneumatic distributors are mounted at 90° to one another on two adjacent sides of the block or module so that the pneumatic connectors and the electrical connectors are common to the two distributors. The blocks or modules, with their respective pairs of distributors, are removably mounted on the connectors so as to assemble them side by side, thus constituting the modular assembly or islet for distribution with the desired number of pneumatic distributors.

    摘要: Stacked valve bodies have adjacent sides pressed against one another and fluid bores extend through adjacent sides to place the bodies in fluid communication with one another. Resilient seals are around the bores and between adjacent sides so as to form fluid seals between adjacent sides. The bodies also each have opposite outer sides with partial grooves formed in the outer sides of the adjacent bodies. The partial grooves form a complete groove and central post in opposite sides of the adjacent bodies. A ring-like connecting member corresponds in shape to the complete groove and is adapted to be pressed in the complete groove and snugly around the post when the adjacent bodies are pressed together against the resiliency of the seals.

    摘要: A control apparatus is provided for operating six hydraulic valves from two different positions. The control apparatus is particularly suitable for operating the hydraulic controls of a six function trash loader. First and second three-function joysticks are mounted at the first position, and third and fourth three-function joysticks are mounted at the second position. A first set of three rotatable rods extends between the first and third joysticks, and a second set of three rotatable rods extends between the second and fourth joysticks. Each joystick includes a handle which is movable along a first axis for rotating a first rod of one of the sets, along a second axis for rotating a second rod of the set, and about a third axis for rotating a third rod of the set. A crank arm on each of the six rods is connected to one of the six hydraulic valves so that rotation of each of the rods operates one of the valves.

    摘要: A spool valve section for a multiple valve assembly has a body with two opposing side surfaces. A plurality of mating surfaces are raised from each side surface. The mating surfaces surround the openings of fluid passages through the section and apertures for fasteners that secure the assembly together. The mating surfaces are spaced from a region of each side surface that is adjacent a bore in the body that receives a control spool. The fluid passages also are spaced from and do not intersect the spool bore. These characteristics of the spool valve section reduce distortion of the spool bore which could otherwise result from the pressure and fastening forces in the valve assembly.

    摘要: A modular valve arrangement, including: a plurality of individual values each having a passage therein with a longitudinal axis, and a fixing arrangement for joining the valves together into a joined condition in which the passages cooperate to form at least one pressure-fluid line through the entire valve arrangement. The fixing arrangement includes, for each valve, a dovetail tenon on one surface of the valve and a dovetailed mortise on an opposite surface of the valve. The mortise and tenon of adjacent valves being engageable with one another in the joined condition, and extending on their respective valve side in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the pressure-fluid line. For securing the valves in the joined condition, each valve includes a nub on one surface and a corresponding depression on an opposite surface of the valve arranged so that the nub of one valve engages the depression of an adjacent valve in the joined condition.
