    摘要: A pilot pressure control system for controlling a pilot signal pressure at a pilot inlet of a control valve includes a pilot outlet adapted to be connected to the pilot inlet. The pilot pressure control assembly further includes a first pilot valve assembly and a second pilot valve assembly. Each one of the first and second pilot valve assemblies are individually controllable so as to selectively provide a first fluid flow direction from a pressure line to the pilot outlet and a second fluid flow direction from the pilot outlet to a drain line. At least the first pilot valve assembly is adapted to assume a maximum pressure supply condition so as to supply a first pilot valve assembly maximum pressure to the pilot outlet. At least the second pilot valve assembly is adapted to provide a pressure drop from the pilot outlet to the drain line via the second pilot valve assembly. The pilot pressure control system is configured such that, when the pilot pressure control system is connected to the pressure and drain lines and when the first pilot valve assembly is controlled so as to assume the maximum pressure supply condition and the second pilot valve assembly provides a fluid flow in the second fluid direction with a minimum pressure drop, the pressure at the pilot outlet is equal to or above 20 of the first pilot valve assembly maximum pressure (Pmax).

At least one piston in the piston guide device carries out linear movements in opposite directions along the main direction of extension of the piston guide device to bring about an alternating rotational movement of the wiper shaft. The pneumatic system has a supply connection for a compressed air supply, wherein the supply connection is connected to the first connection via a first normal operation connection line and a first emergency operation connection line arranged parallel thereto and to the second connection via a second normal operation connection line and a second emergency operation connection line arranged parallel thereto.

    摘要: A flow rate control device, including: a body including first and second ports for supplying and discharging pressurized fluid; a set of first and second solenoid valves connected to an upper part of the body and selecting a state of flow of the pressurized fluid; and an opening/closing valve for increasing a flow rate of the pressurized fluid which flows as the result of selection by the first and second solenoid valves. The pressurized fluid is caused to flow from the first port to the second port at a predetermined flow rate while the opening/closing valve is closed, and then the flow rate of the pressurized fluid flowing from the first port to the second port is increased by opening the opening/closing valve.

    摘要: According to one aspect of the invention, a hydraulic system includes a controller connected to an operator interface, a pump operable in a first direction for supplying pressurized fluid, and a load-holding valve connected between the pump and a port for connection to an actuator. The load-holding valve may be controlled by the controller and operative in a first position to allow flow to the actuator to operate the actuator against a load and operative in a second position to block load-induced return flow from the actuator to the pump. The controller may be configured to receive a requested actuator stop, to control the first valve to move to the second position in response to the requested actuator stop, to monitor a first system condition in response to the requested actuator stop, to evaluate the monitored system condition with a prescribed criteria, and to determine whether or not to initiate a back-up control routine based on the evaluation.

    摘要: A method for isolating a fault or blocked work port in an electro-hydraulic system is disclosed. In one step, a system pump is set to a first predetermined pressure and a valve assembly is commanded to a center position. In another step, the center position of the valve is recorded. In one step, the valve assembly is opened to place a work port associated with the valve in fluid communication with the pump, after which a first end position of the valve, a first work port pressure, and a first pump supply pressure are recorded. In another step, the valve assembly is opened to place the work port to a tank reservoir, after which a second end position of the valve and a fluid pressure associated with the work port are recorded. The recorded and measured data can then be analyzed to identify the fault condition or blocked work port.
