摘要: In a flow rate controller and a drive device, a housing is provided therein with a first flow passage, a second flow passage adjacent to the first flow passage, a first throttle valve provided to the first flow passage, and a second throttle valve provided to the second flow passage. A pilot check valve is provided to the second flow passage and is connected in series to the second throttle valve. A pilot air flow passage communicates with a pilot port of the pilot check valve for supplying and discharging pilot air, and a third throttle valve is provided to the pilot air flow passage. In response to the pressure of the pilot air, the pilot check valve switches between a state in which the passage of exhaust air discharged from an air cylinder is permitted and a state in which passage of the exhaust air is prevented.

摘要: A pilot pressure control system for controlling a pilot signal pressure at a pilot inlet of a control valve includes a pilot outlet adapted to be connected to the pilot inlet. The pilot pressure control assembly further includes a first pilot valve assembly and a second pilot valve assembly. Each one of the first and second pilot valve assemblies are individually controllable so as to selectively provide a first fluid flow direction from a pressure line to the pilot outlet and a second fluid flow direction from the pilot outlet to a drain line. At least the first pilot valve assembly is adapted to assume a maximum pressure supply condition so as to supply a first pilot valve assembly maximum pressure to the pilot outlet. At least the second pilot valve assembly is adapted to provide a pressure drop from the pilot outlet to the drain line via the second pilot valve assembly. The pilot pressure control system is configured such that, when the pilot pressure control system is connected to the pressure and drain lines and when the first pilot valve assembly is controlled so as to assume the maximum pressure supply condition and the second pilot valve assembly provides a fluid flow in the second fluid direction with a minimum pressure drop, the pressure at the pilot outlet is equal to or above 20 of the first pilot valve assembly maximum pressure (Pmax).

摘要: A hydraulic drive system includes a pump, a steering actuator, a loading/unloading apparatus actuator, a drive device, a relief valve, and an input unit. The drive device: flows hydraulic oil from the pump to the loading/unloading apparatus actuator when an operating tool is operated; flows the hydraulic oil from the pump to the steering actuator when a steering has become an operated state from a non-operated state regardless of an operation of the operating tool; and causes the hydraulic oil from the pump to be discharged to a tank via the relief valve to increase the torque of an engine when an increase instruction is inputted to the input unit and the steering is in a non-operated state.

摘要: A control system for a hybrid construction machine includes first and second main pumps for supplying working oil, a boom cylinder extending by supply of the working oil to a piston-side chamber and raising a boom and contracting by discharge of the working oil from the piston-side chamber and lowering the boom, a regenerative spool valve controlled by a pressure of pilot pressure oil and adjusting a flow rate of the working oil discharged from the piston-side chamber, a regenerative motor for regeneration rotating by the working oil discharged from the piston-side chamber, a rotary electric machine connected to the regenerative motor, and a failsafe switching valve switching with a pressure of a regenerative passage between the regenerative control spool valve and the regenerative motor as a pilot pressure and lowering the pressure of the pilot pressure oil to the regenerative control spool valve so that a flow rate of the working oil discharged from the piston-side chamber is narrowed if the pressure of the regenerative passage is less than a set pressure.

摘要: A cushion valve includes a housing having a pair of primary chambers and a pair of secondary chambers. A first spool and a pair of second spools are arranged in the housing. Biasing members are respectively arranged between the first spool and the second spool and between the first spool and the second spool. A first internal passage communicating with a tank port is formed at the first spool. Each of the second spools includes a land portion configured to open or close an opening formed between the primary chamber and the corresponding secondary chamber. A second internal passage including a restrictor is formed at each of the second spools. When one of the second spools moves toward the first spool, the first internal passage communicates with the secondary chamber located at the other second spool side.

摘要: A system includes a pilot pump with an output that may be directed to a pilot circuit by way of a selector valve. The selector valve is shifted between a first position providing communication between the pump and the pilot circuit to a second position providing communication between the pilot pump and the hybrid circuit when pressure in the pilot circuit reaches a predetermined level. That pressure is used to hydraulically shift the selector valve to redirect flow from the pilot pump to the hybrid circuit. Both the pilot circuit and the hybrid circuit include accumulators for storing pressurized hydraulic fluid. The fluid stored in the pilot circuit is used for pilot functionality while the fluid stored in the hybrid circuit is used to power any one or more of a variety of power consuming components.

摘要: Disclosed is a hydraulic drive system for a working machine, which enables to conduct forced regeneration continuously for a sufficient time. Based on an input of a lock detection signal S1 from a gate lock detection switch 40, a controller 50 detects that a gate lock lever 32 for controlling a gate lock on/off valve 33 is in a locked state, in other words, hydraulic actuators such as an arm cylinder 12 arranged on a hydraulic excavator 1 are all in non-operated states. Upon an input of a forced regeneration command signal So from a forced regeneration switch 53 in this detected state, control signals Cp,Cf are outputted to a boosting control valve 51 and regulator 52 to make a forced regeneration means (an arm cylinder control valve 27 and the regulator 52) conduct forced regeneration.

摘要: A throttle path for returning a part of pilot oil to a tank is formed by a tank path provided in a valve block of a control valve and a notch provided in a spool thereof. The above path is opened within a section from a vicinity of a stroke where a hydraulic actuator starts moving to right before a stroke end among a spool stroke of the control valve. An opening area of the above path is slowly reduced in accordance with an increase in the stroke at a final phase of the section.
