摘要: A fastening device to join together panels comprises a body (12) that has a spreader (32); a U-shaped spring (14) with arms (47, 48) provided with outward facing gripping portions (47", 48") protruding from the body and drawn together in a resting position; a cam-type operating element (18) rotatable in the body. By rotating the cam element, the spring is movable between a resting position with the arms close to each other, in which it leaves the panels free and an engagement position with the arms spread apart, in which it engages the walls of a hole in a panel, and vice versa. The body (12) has an elongated cylindrical shape and comprises an internal housing (26). A slide element (16) is received inside the housing, is moveable for an axial distance along it, and has a housing (44) for engaging the spring. The cam element (18) is received in the body and in the slide to operate the movement of the slide between the resting position of the spring and the working position of the spring and vice versa.

摘要: In a framework made of separably connected profile bars, some of the bars have longitudinal slots and others have hollow sections for engagement of a coupling member in their face ends. The coupling member consists of a bearing housing with an upwardly oriented wedge surface and a holding member with a matching inclined surface which is forced against the wedge surface by a spring force. The holding member can be moved in a longitudinal direction by an eccentric pin arranged transversely to the profile bar and located with its actuating end in a cross hole of the profile bar so that a coupling hook at the end of the holding member is movable both longitudinally relative to stationary projections of the bearing housing as well as laterally due to the rising movement of the matching inclined surface along the wedge surface. In order to obtain a reliable and easy-to-handle coupling member including the smallest possible number of detail parts, a resilient tongue is cut out from a sheet metal strip forming the holding member and bent so that an end of the tongue bears against an inner wall of the bearing housing and slides in a longitudinal guide. The wedge surface extends between the two coupling projections, and an offset of the holding member engages behind the wedge surface, locating the eccentric pin in a rear wall cut-out of the bearing housing. In addition, the resilient tongue enables the eccentric pin to be pressed in, similar to a pushbutton, so that in the initial position the actuating end of the pin is engaged in a cross hole of the profile bar.

摘要: Knockdown steel shelving is disclosed wherein each corner of a shelf is provided with a slidably mounted hook member that extends into the cut-out corner of the shelf. The hook members are guided within the box flange for retraction to clear an upright support member for level adjustment and for extension to a position for engagement within an opening in an upright support member and then tightened to a retracted position by a cam whereby the shelf corner and support are brought into rigid, weight-supporting relationship. The cam operates within a slot in the hook member and can have one of several locked positions including a position wherein the cam is rotated so that the lobe retracts the hook member into a locked position with a bottom edge of the hook member against the bottom wall of the box flange or with a top edge of the hook member against the top wall of the box flange. In either position, the cam may lock at a side-deadcenter position in relation to the other parts. The hook attaching means and cam are essentially concealed, easily installed and adapted for use with various designs of shelves and corner supports. Other embodiments are disclosed.

An eccentric fastener is rotatably disposed in the cavity and includes a head portion that protrudes from the opening and engages a hole of the elongate structural member, and a cam portion that is eccentrically disposed relative to the head portion and configured to engage the semi-cylindrical surface when the eccentric fastener is rotated relative to the connector.

摘要: The invention relates to a fastener (10.1) comprising a housing with a plate (40.1) accommodated therein and an eccentric pin (30) rotationally mounted therein. The plate (40.1) has on the outer end thereof at least one hook (45.1) and a bevel (51.1) supported on a contact point (55.1) of the housing. In order to increase the stability of the fastener (10.1) and to allow a cost-effective production, the invention proposes that the housing be structured as a one-piece sleeve (20.1) open on both ends produced by bending a sheet cutout (60.1) multiple times. The two sheet ends of the sheet cutout adjoining one another in the sleeve (20.1) are connected to one another. The connection insures that an overturning of the eccentric disk (31) does not cause any bulging (58) of the sleeve (20.1). At least one first bend (78.1) is provided at least on the front end of the sleeve, producing a contact point (55.1) for the plate bevel (51.1).
