摘要: An outer-ring-equivalent component having an annular raceway surface on which rolling elements roll is disposed on an outer circumference of a bearing. The bearing is, for example, a retainer-equipped roller. Between the bearing and a fixed member located apart from the bearing in an axial direction, a thrust washer is interposed so as to be movable in the axial direction. A gap forming device is provided which constantly forms a gap between the thrust washer and the outer-ring-equivalent component. For example, as the gap forming device, an axial width of the bearing is made larger than an axial width of the outer-ring-equivalent component.

A rotational axis of the inner receiving sleeve in the outer guide sleeve and a central axis of the recess in the inner receiving sleeve are arranged at a distance from each another about an eccentricity. The bearing unit allows the position in which securing elements are mounted to be adapted in a simple and reproducible manner, and which is formed from just a few components so as to permit simple and cost-effective assembly. A device is provided between the outer guide sleeve and the inner receiving sleeve for the purpose of force and/or form-fittingly securing an adjusted receiving sleeve position relative to the guide sleeve.

摘要: The invention relates to a bearing unit (1) comprising an outer guide sleeve (2) that has an opening (3), as well as an Inner receiving sleeve (4) that is rotatably arranged inside said outer guide sleeve (2) opening (3) and that comprises a recess (5) for receiving securing means. A rotational axis (14) of said inner receiving sleeve (4) in the outer guide sleeve (2) and a central axis (15) of the recess (5) in the inner receiving sleeve (4) for receiving the securing means are arranged at a distance from each another about an eccentricity (16). The aim of the invention is to provide a bearing unit which allows the position in which the securing means are mounted to be adapted in a simple and reproducible manner, and which is formed from just a few components so as to permit simple and cost-effective assembly. 摘要: A bearing has a composite elastic member, which supports a shaft. The composite elastic member comprises an elastic cylinder, which is made of an elastic material such as rubber and is provided at a bearing body section; and a spiral member, which projects from the circumferential surface of the elastic cylinder and is spirally assembled on the elastic cylinder. A lubricant is supplied to a spiral gap, which is divisionally formed between threads of the wire material forming the spiral member. When the shaft rotates, leakage of the lubricant is prevented by pumping operation and leakage of a fluid is prevented.

摘要: A bearing support assembly is disclosed having a support plate with support holes and a column mounting plate with slot openings centered and positionally adjustable in a first direction over the support holes. A mounting plate having mounting slots is perpendicularly affixed at one side of the support plate by mounting bolts which are positionally adjustable in a second direction within the mounting slots. A tubular support column is affixed at one end to the column mounting plate, the interior of the tubular support column containing: a screw adjusting block which is fixedly secured within the tubular support column at the one end, and a slidably engaging support post, one end of which is connected to a bearing clamp, which in turn supports a bearing. An adjustment bolt engages the screw adjusting block and the other end of the support post, where the adjustment bolt is rotationally adjustable in a third direction to vary the vertical position of the bearing support assembly.

摘要: A railway locomotive truck provides improved mountings and/or configurations for traction motor axle support bearings to improve their wear life. These include tilting, or sloping, of the support bearing bores to more closely match the orientations of the bearing journal surfaces on the axles which slope as a result of bending of the axles under the weight of the locomotive. An added feature is forming the bearing bores with a slight conicity to accommodate slight tilting of the traction motor under heavy loads due to taking up of the clearances in the motor support axle bearings. Other features include various ways of mountings or altering the construction of the axle bearings to provide the desired positioning.

摘要: A bearing structure which may, for example, be used for rotatable mounting of a turret or a rig (11) on the hull (14) of a vessel comprises a first annular bearing surface which is supported by the vessel hull (14), and which may be substantially plane or cylindrical. A second annular bearing surface which is in engagement with and supported by the first bearing surface is formed on the turret or rig (11). The hull (14) of the vessel is exposed to heavy forces caused by wind and waves, and such forces may cause deformations of the hull and consequently of said first bearing surface. In order to compensate for such deformations, the first bearing surface is divided into sections, and position control means, such as mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic spring means, are provided for maintaining all of the bearing surface sections in abutting engagement with said second bearing surface formed on the turret or rig (11). The said hydraulic spring means may be in the form of hydraulic cylinders or jacks to which hydraulic fluid is supplied at a pressure which is increased when the distance between the respective bearing surface section and the supporting part of the hull is decreased due to deformation of the hull, and vice versa.

摘要: A bearing take-up frame including a base assembly having a top plate permanently, pivotally secured thereto at one end and removeably secured thereto at an opposite end. A bearing block assembly is received between the base assembly and the top plate for guided axial adjustment with respect thereto. End walls are secured to the base assembly and the top plate respectively, with a lower end wall defining a generally U-shaped slot. A threaded element is received in the U-shaped slot and held against axial movement, and has a transmission screw threadably received therethrough, an opposite end of which is secured to the bearing block. Rotation of the threaded element thus imparts movement to the bearing block. By releasing and pivoting the top wall upwardly, the bearing block, transmission screw and threaded element may be removed or installed.
