    摘要: A roller bearing cage includes at least one bridge element having a surface provided for directly opposing an outer surface of a roller body. A plurality of ship-hull-shaped or droplet-t-shaped macroscopic recesses is formed in the surface for retaining a lubricant therein. The recesses have at least one of a width and a depth in the circumferential direction of the roller body that diminishes towards at least one end in the circumferential direction. A first group of the recess diminishes in a direction substantially towards one of the ends and a second group of the recess diminishes in a direction towards the other end.

    摘要: A speed reducer has a crankshaft to be rotated in conjunction with a drive unit. First through third eccentric portions are provided on the crankshaft. First through third externally-toothed gears are adapted to be moved respectively in conjunction with the first through third eccentric portions. Pin teeth are disposed along an inner periphery of a case to allow each of the first, second and third externally-toothed gears to be in meshing engagement therewith. An output shaft unit is adapted to be rotated in conjunction with the first, second and third externally-toothed gears. The first, second and third eccentric portions are arranged with a given phase difference in a rotation direction of the crankshaft with respect to each other. Each of the first, second and third externally-toothed gears is in meshing engagement with less than half of the plurality of pin teeth.

    摘要: The linear roller bearing comprises: a pair of ways with their raceway grooves facing each other; a cage disposed between the ways; cylindrical rollers held in the cage between the ways; a rack installed in a cutter escape groove formed in each raceway groove of the way; and a pinion in mesh with the rack and supported in the cage. The meshing between the rack and pinion of the linear roller bearing eliminates the possibility of the cage coming off the ways, thus allowing the ways to be controlled to move reliably and smoothly relative to each other.

    摘要: A roller bearing assembly employing a plurality of elliptical roller bearings in surface contact and arranged to provide improved alignment in a race assembly. In an exemplary assembly, an inner race on a shaft has a convex surface and a first elliptical roller bearing has a concavity intermediate its ends having a radius equal to the radius of the curvature of the race for rolling contact therewith. The concavity of the first elliptical bearing has rolling contact with the convex or profile surface of a second elliptical roller bearing operating on an axis parallel with the axis of the first roller bearing but spaced outwardly therefrom. The assembly also includes a third elliptical roller bearing which operates on an axis parallel with the others and which has a peripheral concavity intermediate its ends. This latter concavity has a radius equal to the profile radius of the second roller bearing and is engaged by such convex surface. The convex or profile surface of the third roller bearing is in rolling contact with the concave surface of an outer race.
