    摘要: A high-load linear actuator includes a driving mechanism, a worm shaft, a worm wheel assembly, a lead screw, a telescopic pipe and an outer pipe. The driving mechanism includes a base and a motor. The base has a supporting portion and an accommodating portion. The motor is fixed to the supporting portion. The worm shaft extends from the motor into the supporting portion. The worm wheel assembly includes a worm wheel and two bearings for supporting the worm wheel in the accommodating portion. The worm wheel is engaged with the worm shaft. The lead screw is disposed through the worm wheel and driven by the motor for rotation. The telescopic pipe slips on the lead screw to be threadedly connected therewith. The outer pipe slips on the telescopic pipe. The rotation of the lead screw drives the telescopic pipe to linearly extend or retract relative to the outer pipe.

    摘要: A decoupler having a hub, a drive member and an isolator. The drive member is disposed about the hub for rotation about a rotational axis and includes an inner clutch surface. The isolator couples the hub and the drive member and includes a carrier, a plurality of arcuate springs, and a wrap spring. The carrier is received between the hub and the drive member and includes a carrier member, which defines a pair of apertures, and a pair of reaction blocks that are mounted in the apertures. The arcuate springs are mounted in the carrier member and are disposed between the hub and an associated one of the reaction blocks. The wrap spring has an end and a plurality of helical coils that are engaged to the inner clutch surface of the drive member. The end has an end face that is abutted against one of the reaction blocks.

    摘要: A flexible coupling assembly interconnects an output shaft and an input shaft. The flexible coupling assembly includes a first hub operatively coupled to the input shaft for rotation therewith. A second hub is operatively coupled to the output shaft for rotation therewith. A flexible element in the form of a coil spring interconnects the first and second hubs for transferring rotational torque between the first and second hubs while continuously compensating for axial misalignment between the first and second hubs. A retainer is disposed between the flexible element and the first and second hubs for limiting radial deflection of the flexible element during rotation of the flexible coupling. A one-way clutch is operatively coupled between the coil spring and one of the first and second hubs for transferring torque in one rotational direction while allowing the output shaft to decelerate relative to the input shaft in a direction other than the one rotational direction.

    摘要: The over-running clutch pulley (10) includes a sheave member (20), a hub member (22) a clutch member (24), and a coating (26), which cooperate to rotationally engage an input device (12) and an output device (14). The sheave member (20) preferably includes a sheave input section (28) defining a sheave input surface (30) adapted to engage the input device (12), and a sheave clutch section (32) defining a sheave clutch surface (34). Similarly, the hub member (22) preferably includes a hub output section (36) defining a hub output surface (38) adapted to engage the output device (14), and a hub clutch section (40) defining a hub clutch surface (42). The coating (26) is disposed on the sheave input surface (30), the sheave clutch surface (34), the hub output surface (38), and the hub clutch surface (42), which protects against substantial corrosion and increases the wear resistance of these surfaces, while minimizing the cost of the over-running clutch pulley (10).

    摘要: A timing belt autotensioner includes a mechanism actuated by the reversal of timing belt movement direction. In automotive applications reversal of timing belt direction occurs only rarely under inadvertent or accidental circumstances. Such reversals can cause belt slackening sufficient for a toothed belt to jump gear teeth thereby changing engine cam shaft timing. Four related mechanisms are disclosed, each of which will, upon actuation by belt reversal cause the autotensioner pulley axis of rotation to move in a direction that tightens the belt during reverse movement of the belt. Thus, the belt remains tight to the toothed pulleys preventing jump or skip of the belt until the belt returns to proper forward belt movement. A torque limiter incorporated in the mechanism limits to a predetermined amount the torque generated in the mechanism by the reverse movement of the belt.

    摘要: A belt-type one-way clutch is arranged so that a case is assembled with a flat pulley so as to rotate around the central axis of the flat pulley, and that a flat belt is looped between a working surface of a rocking member supported for rocking motion by a shaft member held at both ends in shaft bores of the case and a working surface of the flat pulley, and that the rocking plate biased from a leaf spring presses one span of the flat belt to place an initial tension on the flat belt. Both the ends of the shaft member are held in the shaft bores of the case via respective bushes to suppress stress. Accordingly, larger torque can be transmitted despite use of aluminum alloy as material of the case.
