    摘要: A push-type transmission mechanism has a base, a plurality of fixing discs securely mounted on the base, and a driving component rotatably mounted on the base. The driving component includes a plurality of cam portions. Each fixing disc has a plurality of driven rolling components which can move in radial directions of the fixing discs and can protrude out of outer surfaces by abutment of the cam portions. An inner surface of a transmission block forms a corrugation structure extending continuously in a circumferential direction. The corrugation structure is abutted by the driven rolling components. Thus, speed is changed through the driven rolling component connecting to the corrugation structure. Besides, with the driven rolling components driven by the cam portions, power can be transmitted with high torque.

    摘要: A power conversion device has a buckled wave disk that has an axis and is radially compressed between a hub and a wave ring. The buckled wave disk is buckled in the radial direction to form circumferential waves which are displaced in the axial direction and extending around the buckled wave disk with lines formed of inflection points of the circumferential waves extending between the hub and wave ring. The wave ring is outwardly radially displaced at nodes corresponding to lines formed of inflection points of the circumferential waves. A wave propagation actuator cooperates with the buckled wave disk for driving a wave and the lines formed of inflection points of the circumferential waves around the buckled wave disk. An outer ring surrounds the wave ring, the outer ring being driven by or driving the wave ring at the nodes. A method of making a wave disk is provided.

The working tooth profile of one of the gears (2, 3) is defined to be a convex curve whose shape is or approximates a convex curve (L2(O,B)) obtained by similarity transformation of a peak portion (L1(O,A) of the rack-approximated moving path (L1) of a tooth of the gear with respect to the other gear in the basic section of the tooth trace perpendicular to the axis, the portion being convex relative to the other gear, at an enlargement ratio (.lambda.) using the apex of the moving path as the origin. The working tooth profile of the other gear is defined to be a concave curve whose shape is a concave curve (L3(O,C)) obtained by similarity transformation of the same portion of the moving path at an enlargement ratio (.lambda.+1) using the apex of the moving path as the origin. The meshing of the two tooth profiles is pass messing enabling continuous contact and the ability to retain a lubricating oil film between the tooth surfaces is enhanced.

    摘要: A harmonic drive apparatus includes a circular spline having a number of internal teeth, a radially flexible cylindrical flexspline having outer spline teeth engageable with the internal teeth of the circular spline, and a wave generator disposed within the flexspline in engagement therewith. The circular spline, the flexspline, and the wave generator are rotatable around a rotational axis. The number of the external spline teeth of the flexspline is less than the number of the internal spline teeth of the circular spline. The wave generator has a cam section which generates a circumferential wave of radial deflection of the flexspline for causing the external spline teeth thereof to locally engage with the internal spline teeth of the circular spline. The cam section has elasticity in its radial direction sufficient for biasing the flexspline against the circular spline to absorb any play between the flexspline and the circular spline.

    摘要: Provided is a strain wave gearing apparatus which is able to make the most of the structural advantages of the flat form while achieving ideal mesh-engagement without involving a high degree of dimensional precision or any special adjustment mechanism. A strain wave gearing apparatus is provided with a stationary internal gear, a rotary internal gear disposed side by side with the stationary internal gear, a flexible planetary gear disposed on the inner peripheral side thereof for meshing partially with the internal gears by being deflected in the radial direction, and a wave generator disposed inside the flexible planetary gear for continuously deforming and deflecting the flexible planetary gear by rotation. In the apparatus, backlash during mesh-engagement is eliminated by making the base portions and of the internal gears and elastic.

    摘要: A mechanism for transforming a rotational movement into a linear movement, comprising a non-deformable nut, that is prevented from rotating but not from axially moving, a radially deformable tubular screw, having freedom of rotation but not of axial movement and having a pitch equal to that of the nut but of a slightly external smaller diameter than the internal diameter of the nut. A pushing device inside the screw, with the ability to rotate and to push against the internal wall surface of the screw at least at three circumferentially equidistant points so as to radially deform the screw wall outwards, until bringing the screw wall to rest against and screw into the nut at an equal number of points. The pushing device may be constituted of independent rolling elements like rolling bearings on a core on a support or may be a cam in contact with the screw or through rolling elements.

    摘要: A motion transmitting device for transferring rotary motion with high efficiency and very large speed ratios and at speed ratios very close to unity. A rigid cylindrical outer member contains a flexible, spring-like inner member having a larger outer circumference than the inner circumference of the outer member, thus causing at least one area of separation or disengagement where the flexible inner member is forced inwards away from the outer member. Drive means are provided by a third member which cause the area or areas of disengagement to move around the interface between the inner and outer members producing a rotation of the inner member in a precessing fashion in the same direction as the area of disengagement with respect to the outer member, but at a much reduced rate. The rate of movement of the inner member with respect to the outer member is proportional to the ratio of the difference between the outer circumference of the inner member and the inner circumference of the outer member to the inner circumference of the outer member. The mating surfaces of the inner and outer members may be provided with gear teeth of the same pitch with the inner member having a slightly larger number due to its larger size. The mating surfaces may also be smooth or roughened depending upon the friction desired to prevent slipping at least up to a predetermined torque.

THIS TRANSMISSION MAY HAVE ELASTOMERIC PARTS WHICH PROVIDE FOR AUTOMATIC ADJUSTMENT FOR WEAR OF THE TRANSMISSION COMPONENTS AND WHICH REDUCE SLIPPAGE BETWEEN THESE PARTS. A PLURALITY OF THESE TRANSMISSIONS CAN BE READILY COUPLED IN SERIES TO PROVIDE A MULTISTAGE TRANSMISSION FOR PRODUCING LARGE REDUCTION RATIOS.

    THERE IS A DIFFERENTIAL REDUCTION DRIVE POSSIBLE BY HAVING STRAIN-WAVE GEARING DRIVE A TRANSMISSION HOUSING RELATIVE TO A SUPPORT IN ONE DIRECTION AT A FIRST SPEED RATIO AND BY HAVING THE OUTPUT SHAFT ROTATABLY DRIVEN BY STRAIN-WAVE GEARING AT A SECOND SPEED RATIO RELATIVE TO THE CASE AND IN AN OPPOSITE DIRECTION TO PRODUCE A DIFFERENTIAL REDUCTION DRIVE. ONE OF THE EMBODIMENTS PROVIDES A MECHANISM FOR UNLOCKING THE DRIVE SO THAT THE OUTPUT MAY FREEWHEEL IN EITHER DIRECTION PERMITTING OVERRIDE MANUAL OPERATION.
