摘要: A transmission lubricating structure includes a power transmitting shaft, a main lubricating circuit, and an auxiliary lubricating circuit. The power transmitting shaft includes an ejection hole communicating an inside with an outside of the power transmitting shaft. The main lubricating circuit includes: a main nozzle having a nozzle hole through which lubricating oil supplied from a main tank is discharged to the internal space of the power transmitting shaft; and a hydraulic pump configured to supply the lubricating oil by pressure from the main tank to the main nozzle. The auxiliary lubricating circuit includes an auxiliary nozzle arranged lower than an auxiliary tank and higher than a lubrication target at the outside of the power transmitting shaft, the auxiliary nozzle being configured to drop the lubricating oil, supplied from the auxiliary tank by an own weight of the lubricating oil, toward the lubrication target.

摘要: Provided are a speed changer device, a forward/reverse switchover device for converting output of the speed changer device into forward traveling power and reverse traveling power, a rear wheel differential mechanism for inputting output of the forward/reverse switchover device and transmitting it to rear wheels, and a gear transmission mechanism for transmitting power of an output shaft of the forward/reverse switchover device to an input shaft of the rear wheel differential mechanism. A transmission case is separable into a front case portion accommodating the speed changer device and a rear case portion accommodating the forward/reverse switchover device, the rear wheel differential mechanism and the gear transmission mechanism. The gear transmission mechanism is detachably provided at a portion of the inside of the transmission case which portion corresponds to a front end portion of the rear case portion.

The lubricating device comprises a first tooth surface lubricating oil supply part configured to supply a lubricating oil directly to a tooth surface position located more upstream of a rotating direction of the low-rotation-side gear than a meshing position of the low-rotation-side gear with the high-rotation-side gear so as to spray some of the lubricating oil from the tooth surface position toward a tooth surface of the high-rotation-side gear, and an in-shaft lubricating oil supply part configured to supply the lubricating oil into a shaft of the high-rotation-side gear.

摘要: A triple circuit lubrication device for lubricating a mechanical system, the lubrication device being provided with two independent lubrication circuits, a tank common to both lubrication circuits and containing a lubrication liquid, and a tertiary circuit in which a tertiary liquid flows. Each lubrication circuit comprises pipes, and respective pressure sensors, pumps, heat exchangers, spray nozzles, and suction points for sucking up the lubrication liquid situated in the tank. The second suction point is situated below the high first suction point. The tertiary circuit comprises a third pump, a third pressure sensor, the second heat exchanger, and a third heat exchanger, thus serving to cool the lubrication liquid flowing through the second lubrication circuit.

摘要: A planetary gear train is lubricated via a distribution ring and a planet gear carrier oil supply passage in communication with the distribution ring. The gear train includes a sun pinion that engages a planet gear at a sun planet gear mesh. The planet gear is rotatably mounted to a planet gear carrier. The planet gear carrier is configured to drive an output shaft. The output shaft may be operatively connected to a load. The planet gear rotates within a ring gear at a planet gear ring mesh. The distribution ring surrounds a planet gear carrier and has a hollow interior that communicates with an oil supply. A planet gear carrier oil supply passage may extend through a planet gear carrier of the gear train and supply oil to a sun planet gear mesh and the planet ring gear mesh, and bearings of the planetary gear train.
