摘要： A pinch valve includes a base having a body and a head and an anvil aligned therewith and including a shaft and a pinch tip. The head is disposed at a first end of the body. The head includes a contact protrusion that has a radiused surface defining an apex disposed at a point furthest from a second end of the body and centered around a base axis. The pinch tip is disposed at a first end of the shaft and includes two planar surfaces disposed at acute angles relative to an anvil axis to form an acute point disposed at a point furthest from a second end of the shaft and centered around the anvil axis. The base and anvil are aligned to form a gap between the radiused surface and the acute point and are movable between a first and second positions to change dimensions of the gap.

The second member is pivotably coupled to the first member at a first end. A threaded shaft is pivotably coupled to a second end of the first member. A second end of the second member includes a seat configured to receive the threaded shaft and a nut thereon. The seat includes protrusions at the second end that prevent the nut from sliding out of the seat. The mount includes a body having a flat bottom surface. An internal wall defines a through hole in the flat bottom surface. Two guide rails on a top surface of the body define a central slot configured to receive the clamp. A pair of keyed slots within the two guide rails are configured to receive a pair of keyed projections on the clamp.

A liquid-dispensing tube can be installed in the pinch valve between the pinch bar and the plunger.

A plurality of pinch valve actuators are mounted on one or both of the first housing portion and the second housing portion, the plurality of pinch valve actuators configured to pinch the disposable conduit at selective branch pathways.

A channel for a dispensing tube is defined in the mounting half, and a plunger aperture is defined through the channel. The strike half pivots, relative to the mounting half, between a first pivotal position at least partially covering the channel and a second pivotal position exposing the channel and also slides relative to the mounting half, at least when the strike half is in the first pivotal position, between a first slide position obstructing pivotal movement of the strike half out of the first pivotal position and a second slide position permitting such movement. When the strike half is in the first pivotal position and the first slide position, a plunger strike surface on the strike half is in registration with and facing the plunger aperture.
