摘要： The present invention provides a candleholder for use with candle to collect the dripping wax. The candleholder comprises a rigid cylindrical sleeve with an open top and an open bottom, and a base configured to releasably couple to the open bottom of the cylindrical sleeve. The candleholder is dimensioned such that to receive the candle and the candle is supported on the base while having a small amount of empty space around the candle for collecting the dripped wax. The bottom surface of the base further comprises a protrusion configured to fit into pocket of a conventional candlesticks or stands.

摘要： A lighting apparatus having a light source and a leveling mechanism capable of maintaining the light source in a desired orientation is described. The lighting apparatus may have a pivot mechanism about which the light source is capable of rotating such that the lighting apparatus maintains the desired orientation. In specific embodiments, the lighting apparatus comprises a directional light source, a pivot mechanism, a connector capable of connecting the pivot to another object, and a mechanism that allows the light source to rotate about the pivot to maintain a desired orientation. The lighting apparatus may be connected to an object, such as a piece of wheeled luggage, such that when the luggage is tilted the light source maintains an desired orientation such as a horizontal orientation.

摘要： An automatic luminous device whose use does not require an external manual switch, which is substituted by another internal automatic switch, which activates the device only when it is placed on a sufficiently dense metal surface, nor does it require a connecting cable to an external power source, which is replaced by a preferably rechargeable battery. It was designed as an emergency light for police vehicles, and as a back-up light and is fitted with a base or casing (1) and a translucent shade (2), which, when coupled together, form a single body. Externally, the base of the casing (1) is fitted with two or more permanent magnets (3) in order to block the said casing (1), when it is placed on a sufficiently dense metal platform (4). Internally, the said casing (1) is fitted with an automatic trigger switch (5), which is solidly connected to a connector (6) by means of a flange (16) which is in turn solidly attached to a pin (7); the said connector (6) is in turn solidly attached by means of conventional wiring to a rechargeable battery (8), an external back-up connector (9), and the charge (10), perfectly insulated from the rest of the elements making up the device by means of any kind of separating element.

摘要： Disclosed is a portable light that can be secured to most any fixed object by use of an elastic band attachment mechanism. The elastic band securement device is form fitting and fully adjustable with the ends of the securement device placed beneath a cover of the light during installation, wherein the cover of the light conceals the attachment mechanism to prevent accidental disengagement of the light from the object of attachment. In operation, the base of the light has a cover which is secured by a latch, hook and loop, thumb screws or any other type of fastener which upon removal exposes the light and the two ends of the elastic cord. A portion of the elastic cord is secured around a fixed object and the bitter end of the cord is drawn tight and placed through a cord fastener so as to secure the cord in a secured and tensioned position. The cover is then replaced, thereby concealing the ends of the elastic band from disengagement. The light can then be operated in a usual manner by the use of an on/off switch.

摘要： An illumination tool for projecting a light beam through a transparent structure that has a portion of the tool detachably securable via a vacuum seal mechanism that engages the transparent structure. A lighting mechanism is electrically attached to the illumination tool and is positioned in contact with the transparent structure via a soft seal positioned about the lighting mechanism. The lighting mechanism may, if desired, be manually activated and deactivated i.e., the illumination tool turned on or off. If desired, the illumination tool may be remotely operated by a user depressing a remote operating switch and a radio signal is communicated to the illumination tool. The remote actuator may also be hardwire connected to the illumination tool. Further, if desired the lighting mechanism may be illuminated via strobe light, a continuous or flashing beam of light.
