    摘要: A light emitting diode (LED) bulb configured to scatter certain wavelengths of light. The LED bulb includes a base having threads, a bulb shell, at least one LED, and a plurality of particles disposed within the bulb shell. The plurality of particles has a first and second set of particles. The first set of particles is configured to scatter short wavelength components of light emitted from the at least one LED and has particles with an effective diameter that is a fraction of the dominant wavelength of the light emitted from the at least one LED. The second set of particles is configured to scatter light emitted from the at least one LED, and has particles with an effective diameter equal to or greater than the dominant wavelength of the light emitted from the at least one LED.

    摘要: A structure is provided to create an efficient light pattern conversion from a narrow angular light beam pattern of a light emitting source to a wide angle light intensity distribution for an omnidirectional lighting assembly. A heat conductive substrate includes an LED array with at least one central and at least one surrounding LED. A hollow light diverting component is positioned over the LED array; a central LED is within the hollow component while surrounding LEDs are positioned outside. Light emitted by the central LED is reflected off inner surfaces of the hollow component to be discharged from an upper opening. The outer component surface is configured to reflect light from the surrounding LEDs in azimuthal and circumferential directions towards a region below the upper opening. In this manner, plural LEDs are used to form a wide angle emission pattern suitable for use in conventional light bulb replacement devices.

    摘要: This invention relates to LED string lights with multiple source points comprising several connected LEDs, wherein each LED is installed on a holder. A solid transparent component is also installed on the holder covering the LED. Inside such solid transparent component, there are many small air bubbles. Lights sent out from the LED get through these bubbles and refraction occurs to form multiple source points. During the production, air shall be blown into the solid transparent component to create many separate air bubbles therein. Lights from the LED get through these air bubbles and refraction occurs. Each air bubble is like a source point. Therefore, it's easy and effective for this invention to create many source points even in one LED.

    摘要: A structure is provided to create an efficient light pattern conversion from a narrow angular light beam pattern of a light emitting source to a wide angle light intensity distribution for an omnidirectional lighting assembly. A heat conductive substrate includes an LED array with at least one central and at least one surrounding LED. A hollow light diverting component is positioned over the LED array; a central LED is within the hollow component while surrounding LEDs are positioned outside. Light emitted by the central LED is reflected off inner surfaces of the hollow component to be discharged from an upper opening. The outer component surface is configured to reflect light from the surrounding LEDs in azimuthal and circumferential directions towards a region below the upper opening. In this manner, plural LEDs are used to form a wide angle emission pattern suitable for use in conventional light bulb replacement devices.
