    摘要: The disclosure provides an arrangement structure suitable for an inverted pulverized coal boiler with ultra-high steam temperature steam parameters, including a hearth, wherein the hearth is communicated with a middle uplink flue, and the top of the middle uplink flue is communicated with that of a tail downlink flue. In the arrangement structure suitable for an inverted pulverized coal boiler with ultra-high steam temperature steam parameters, the hearth is connected with the middle uplink flue by a hearth outlet horizontal flue at the bottom, so that the high-temperature gas at the hearth outlet is drained to a low elevation and then flows upwards through the middle uplink flue; a final heating surface may be arranged at the low position of the hearth outlet horizontal flue and the middle uplink flue so as to reduce the length of the high-temperature steam pipeline between the final heating surface and the steam turbine, lower the manufacturing cost of the boiler as well as the frication and radiation loss of the pipe, improve the efficiency of the power generating unit and make the power generating unit possible to adopt ultra-high steam temperature steam parameters and/or double reheat system.

    摘要: A method of heating process streams fed to a boiler incorporating an oxygen transport membrane device that includes an oxygen-containing stream and a boiler feed water stream. The membrane device separates oxygen to support combustion of a fuel and generate heat to raise the steam. Heat is recovered and process streams are heated by separately heating portions of the oxygen-containing stream and the boiler feed water stream with a retentate stream produced from the oxygen separation and a flue gas stream generated from the combustion. The flow rate of the portion of the oxygen-containing stream heated by the retentate stream is greater than that heated by the flue gas stream to help minimize heat transfer area and thus, fabrication costs. Also, water is condensed from the flue gas stream during the heat exchange involved in the heat recovery to increase thermodynamic efficiency.

The combustion furnace is used to produce a heat source and has a furnace base and a hot-air passage. The boiler is an uprightly-deposited cylinder, is connected to the preheater, and has a conducting pipe and an exchange tube. The conducting pipe is deposited on and communicates with the boiler to enable the heat source to enter the boiler. The exchange tube is deposited in the boiler and has an exchange medium to exchange heat with the heat source in the boiler.

    摘要: An apparatus for using a water coil air heater with a single bank economizer. A boiler economizer arrangement includes an economizer bank which has separate hot pass bank and cold pass bank economizer portions in a parallel arrangement, each facing the same flow of hot flue gas. Feedwater enters the cold pass bank economizer where it is heated by the hot flue gas, and then flows to a water coil air heater away from the hot flue gas. The feedwater dissipates heat energy in the water coil air heater which may be used to heat air bound for combustion. The feedwater continues into the hot pass bank economizer portion of the economizer arrangement where it absorbs additional heat from the flue gas. The heated feedwater flows out of the economizer arrangement and may be subject to additional heating by a boiler or other heat exchanger.
