    摘要: Modular, prefabricated radiant panel, of the type having a sandwich-like structure including a thermally insulating rear layer (1), a front layer acting as mechanical support and outer surface finish, and two radiant pipes (4) integrated in the panel for the flow of a heat-carrying fluid. The radiant pipes (4) are housed in preformed grooves (2) in the thermally insulating rear layer. In the same layer there are further provided two parallel, longitudinal grooves (3) for the housing of a pair of headers (5) which supply the radiant pipes (4). The headers (5) housed in the grooves (3) cross the entire panel and end in correspondence of the opposite short sides thereof, where they are connected to the radiant pipes (4) via T-junctions (6), a free mouth of which faces outwards for connection via sleeves (7) to T-junctions (6) of other panels, both directly and through connection pipes.

    摘要: In a warming panel of a construction, wherein liquid for a heat insulating layer (3) is injected into an interior space of an outer shell structure (8) of a hollow planar construction, there is provided a buffer plate (13) or a flow guide plate (20) in the interior of the abovementioned outer shell structure (8), where the abovementioned liquid to be injected is impinged, to thereby restrict the flowing direction of the liquid as injected so as to make it possible to prevent the high pressure injected liquid from impinging on those fixed parts (6) provided in the outer shell structure (8) or those connected portions (1B) of the outer shell structure, thus avoiding unnecessary shifting of the fixed parts (6), or deformation or damage of the connected portions of the outer shell structure (8).

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the floor heating panel has a rectangular plane and includes: a plurality of water inlet/outlet tube arrangement grooves extending along the sides of the rectangle; a branch tube arrangement groove connecting the two water inlet/outlet tube arrangement grooves to each other; and an edge part disposed on one portion at which one water inlet/outlet tube arrangement groove and the other water inlet/outlet tube arrangement groove meet. The edge part includes four edge openings. Here, two of the edge openings are opened toward the water inlet/outlet tube arrangement grooves, and the other two edge openings are opened toward the outside of the panel. The two water inlet/outlet tubes are disposed in parallel in the water inlet/outlet tube arrangement grooves.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a prefabricated heat-insulation panel with two hot water flow paths. The prefabricated heat-insulation panel comprises a panel; primary and secondary hot water supply pipes which are installed separately inside the panel to provide at least two hot water flow paths; and primary and secondary connection parts which are provided in the panel and connected to a boiler or primary and secondary hot water supply pipes installed in another panel to allow hot water to circulate in the primary and secondary hot water supply pipes. Therefore, the present invention improves heating efficiency because the two hot water pipes which provide different hot water flow paths in the panel are both used for heating, simplifies formation of a double structure of hot water supply pipes with superior resistance to heat and corrosion and arranges the hot water supply pipes free in interval and shape because a polybutene layer with rosin as an activator is formed on the inner surface of the hot water supply pipe made of thermoplastic elastomer, and reduces the diameter and the length of the hot water supply pipes installed in the panel to reduce the panel thickness and minimizes the boiler load.
